6 days on the OMAD diet and I lost 7.2lbs (from 170.8 to 163.6).
Wanted to do it for the whole week but I broke my fast on Saturday 😑. But we go again tomorrow.
Tried not to restrict because I'm scared it would cause a binge if do, but I have been counting my calories
For workouts I've been doing grow with jo videos on YouTube, any video as long as it doesn't exceed 30 mins (so I don't get bored). I try to do them everyday but i give myself a rest day if i really need it.
Also my workplace is very busy so most of the time, I get my 10000 steps in before my workout

Why can’t I just get skinny?
Why am I such a fucking failure?
I KNOW I’m not meant to look like this. There are some people who look so good with curves and extra weight. But I’m not one of them. My body isn’t designed to be that. It’s shaped too weird to look pretty with fat on it. I just look like a fat fucking blob with no hips, no thighs, no tits. I’m supposed to be skinny.
