it’s okay to have those days where you can’t help but feel down despite trying to stay positive and keep smiling - you’ve tried your best to be positive and the effort is what that counts, you’re so strong; please just know that the darkness won’t be there forever, even if it feels like it: positivity will come sooner than you think, it’s going to be okay
