Surely I won‘t change my opinions in a matter of 48 hours. Surely.
In this tierlist are only movies I almost fully remember. There are so many more I have watched, but I need to watch them again first before I see myself rating them in this tierlist. So the movies in here are either ones I recently watched or remember very well. (But I gotta admit, I don't watch many movies)
One of the best movies ever, masterpiece, absolute work of art, I LOVE IT AND LIVE FOR IT: This one is self-explanatory
Absolutely great and stunning movie: self-explanatory. These movies are great, yet they don't fully make it to the absolute top tier.
Comfort movie/watch it from time to time: These movies are good, but don't trigger any obsessions. I'm down to watch them once every while, but not too often.
One time watch and no more thoughts: I watched this movie, turned off the tv / left the cinema and kinda went back to my normal life. These movies aren't bad, they just didn't trigger anything in me. I prefer movies that leave me thinking once I finish them. As said, these aren't bad, just watched them once and that's it.
Not good: Not good. In the past I might have had other thoughts, but right here and now, I don't like them.
WASTED POTENTIAL: Well, uhm, yeah. I'll explain further later on. I see the potential, I see so much, I want more, I want so much more and I want it better.
It's just great. Awesome. One of the best, if not the best. A perfect movie. I can watch it over and over and can't stop being obsessed. The perfect mix of character development, character background, fitting music, beautiful scenery, harsh reality, great message, great acting, great costumes, action, feelings, the calm and quiet, the loud and adventurous. What must it have been like to watch this movie in the cinema back then? I wish I was there.
Wow. Just wow. I watched it 3 times in the cinema, and to be frank, on my first cinema visit I didn't get a single thing of what is going on in this movie. I have this movie on Blueray and also bought the 3 hour long extra behind the scenes material. I believe I've seen this film about 15 times by now. Absolutely stunning acting, great story and message, great scenery. l love it!
I just watched this movie for the first time a few weeks ago, and it's stunning. I am so in love with this film. Kristen Steward's acting is amazing. I love the way the story is told, the way each character is perceived. It doesn't just give one message, but so many at once, subtly.
W childhood movie. I don't know how many times I've seen it so far, but quite often. It is very different from other movies, has great messages and great characters. It is one story, nicely told in one single movie. No need for a part 2, no need for further content. A round complete story, greatly brought to life with this movie.

When they're on stage and perform Your Idol, oh my god. The boots. The coats. The hats. The eyes. The nails. Oh my god. I need more of that!
Another movie with Kristen Steward. You might classify it as a boring movie, but l'm a fan. I love the quiet and thoughtful scenes, the observant moments, the entire story. It is a great movie.
Top tier movie. Great songs, great characters, great story. I can't tell how many times l've already seen this movie, probably up to 20 times if not more.
Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring
It's nice, great scenery, but a very long movie that feels a little stretched. But I'm down to watch it while doing other activities like cooking/baking/decorating the Christmas tree. Yes, it is kind of a winter tradition, but have fully seen the whole movie only once.
Great movie, I love the story. Sometimes I feel like the acting is a little too over-the-top, a little too much. But I kinda have this issue with many film productions.
Amazing movie and story, yet I feel the same like I do about Inception. I feel the movie sometimes wants to achieve a little too much, so sometimes a few scenes feel a little forced. But other than that, great movie.
Absolute comfort movie with a lovely story. Watching it multiple times though makes it a little boring, so I keep big gaps between rewatches.
Actually a great movie. I'm not the biggest fan of certain acting moments and scenes, it feels like too much. I don't really know how to explain. But especially after reading the book, I feel like there is a certain atmosphere the movie just couldn't catch at all.
Honestly, I was kind of disappointed when the credits appeared and I left the cinema. It isn't a bad movie, but in my opinion worse than Part I. And I also feel like they put certain actors in to maybe make it better, greater, more stunning, but it all feels so forced to me.
Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie
People have been telling me for my entire life that I need to watch this movie and how great and stunning it is. I guess this set my expectations very high? So I was kind of disappointed when I finally watched it with a friend. It isn't bad at all, it is great. But it doesn't do anything with me, it doesn't make me think, it doesn't trigger anything in me.
Nice movie, but there are no further thoughts once I finish it. I also don't feel any desire to rewatch it.
I feel bad, because it seems to be very popular. I like many scenes and the message, but I was quite bored when I watched it.
What can I say. Compared to the books they are just such a disappointment. I think 1-3 are the best adaptions, but after them it really dropped down even further. I don't like that so much plot is cut out, or even rewritten sometimes. I also don't think the acting is great, it doesn't convince me at all.
I don't know, it's just not it. The songs are bad, except maybe one. Anna becomes so annoying and even though I like Elsa's part a little, anything else just feels forced. You can see that they made this movie to create money, not art.
A friend kind of forced me to see it in the cinema. I have watched the Spider-Man movies with Andrew Garfield (THEY ARE GREAT), but | haven't seen a single one with Tom Holland besides No Way Home. It just isn't my cup of tea. The acting didn't convince me at all, everything felt forced and overly dramatic.
Same here, a friend forced me to the cinema. I guess all the Marvel and similar stuff just isn't my stuff. What can I say, it just isn't... my stuff.
Bibi & Tina: Voll verhext!
What can I say. I'm sad. Disappointed. GREAT POTENTIAL. GREAT. But this movie is just so utterly random. The plot hardly makes any sense. And the acting... yeah. But I love Bibi, and holy, I GOD DAMN LOVE TARIK. The songs are absolute bangers. I just want more. A better story line, better written characters, better shots and a satiety that isn't on 500%. Please shoot this movie again, same actors (I DON'T CARE MAKE AN AGED UP VERSION) and give it another try! Still, as a child, I liked it. But damn, now I see so much wasted potential. And I mean it in a good way! I only want the best for this movie.
