I was catching up on the fanfic of @unscandal and the episode of "Low tide" made me generate a mental image of Tintin driving and the captain suffering the consequences, so I decide to draw it. In my mind this was hilarious (˶ˆᗜˆ˵)

I'm not an expert in putting lights in drawings, but I liked the result for being the first time in a lot that I enjoy drawing (and the first time that Tintin comes out decent)

also the previous mocap film was stuck in development at the scriptwriting stage so i fully expect to be seeing this film in 20 years time if at all

Marlene Katz is an oc from @aboardthescheherazade , she's the actress Tintin tries to rescue in Cigars of the Pharaoh! In my post canon timeline, Tintin helps keep her safe from the mob in The Golden Palm.

THE TINTIN SEQUEL IS BEING WRITTEN

CONFIRMED BY PROFESSIONAL TINTIN GHOSTER, PETER JACKSON HIMSELF

Jackson (FINALLY) just talked about the film and said he's been working on the script. And that he feels awkward that he hasn't directed the sequel in more than 15 years, lol.

He hasn't directed a single film since The Hobbit. I honestly thought it was just because that was production hell or something like that, but early this year he said in an interview that he hasn't been able to direct any kind of movie ever since the death of Adam Lesnie, his cinematographer and close friend, in 2014. So he's been actually mourning this whole time.

Still, he also said in that interview that he feels ready to finally direct a new film relatively soon.

And just today he dropped THAT.

Will Tintin be Jackson's return as a movie director?
