I’ve been back into Tintin recently and with that comes honestly my actual interest in it, that being the art&story done by @professorcalculusstanaccount and @aboardthescheherazade - still to this day in love with the bugs bunny adjacent drag plot with Tintin and Marlene Katz, so here I pay homage to the original creators💙

But the sequel will be based on “the seven crystal balls” and “the sun temple” allegedly. Which if this ends up being true I just HOPE Spielberg and Jackson “update” the depiction of the incas. Cuz I mean those were comics written by a white guy in the 1950s. So I think I don’y have to tell y’all that a good chunk of the depictions of native Americans aged like milk.

Like can someone just ASK Jackson and Spielberg to hire an actual Peruvian native and maybe a historian or two as sensitivity consultants? Cuz I mean we all remember how Spielberg depicted natives from other countries in some of his older movies Indiana Jones.
