One one of my instructors always asks me to feel my alignment and that this is all an illusion and no comparison but I'm glad for these comparisons as I want to get better and I need help so this helps . At the end it is all an illusion but I do want to look like rocking it at the end #livingmylife

I hurt myself today, to see if I still feel, I focus on the pain -the only thin that's real. Day 8 #anahatayogi #yogisonapath heart - always open up your heart to the sun so one can feel. It is hard I see and feel so much pain and suffering with people anxiety depression addiction sadness over loss insecurity feeling less then. I am one of those people that can feel your pain when you walk by when you talk when you avoid my eyes. I can't help you if you don't talk to me. Sometimes I will ask. Sometimes suffering is good. My life is not perfect when I do open up myself to people smile and think the best of them I am doing the best I can at this time. Open up your heart and let love in. (at internal reflection)
