I’m making sure to get at least 5 hours of sleep a night (last week was 3-4hours) which I know recked me! I honestly thought I could say “fuck sleep” like I did when completing my undergrad but I was soooo wrong 🤷🏽♂️ . . Keeping my body moving in the form of small breaks in between long lectures and studying keep myself fresh. I just need to step away take a breath, then come back to it.
