I will always defend bad art. I will always be hostile to people who build careers off of shaming bad art. It is not a moral failing to produce bad art. If you treat it like it is, you are stifling creativity. Do not posit yourself as pro art when you don’t give it the grace to be anything but perfect.
Creativity is not an elite goalpost, it is a natural human sense and desire. Criticism must involve constructive belief the work itself and the authors views, and should not involve mean spirited ridicule. Whether you are aware of it or not you are harming artistic expression. I’m going to feed you to my 70000 termites
