I have limited triggers, mostly pertaining to main character deaths and very oddly specific kinks. Feel free to ask and we can discuss!

I like most aus except for modern. I have a couple ideas, tho I also like coming up with and working on them together!

Unless its a canon adjacent/ compliant au, I would prefer to age up characters.

I have the most experience writing Zanka and would probably do better with his characterization.

Open to other ships as long as they include either zanka or jabber..

I am literate- advanced lit. (Though will occasionally write less if given little to work with/ if irl is being weird).

I really like long, detailed plots! I enjoy lots of character exploration. I typically write slow-burns with heavy angst.

Snippet of WIP I'm working on, Jabber-centric:

The endless alley ways and shaded overhangs provided little reprieve from the torturous temperatures. Jabber was sure the blood loss wasn’t helping. Not that he wasn’t used to the feeling, he’d been at death's door plenty of times, it was practically a past time for him, evading death.

Between the poisons he consistently tested on himself or the missions that ended in bloody brawls, Jabber was no stranger to pain.

This felt different though. It wasn’t quite a physical pain, despite his injuries. It was something that was settling in deeper, nestling itself beneath his ribs and making it hard to power on. He’d felt it before, the same hollowing ache that had consumed him years prior when he hadn’t had a purpose in life. Jabber supposed he didn’t really have a purpose now either.

His foot gave out and Jabber stumbled forward, hands coming up to brace himself against a brick wall. He should have let himself fall into it. He already had a broken nose, but the pain might have felt better. Might have given him a little bit of euphoria in the pit of despair he was floating through.

There was a trail of blood behind him.

Standing still, Jabber could hear the droplets platter against the dirt below. He looked down, crimson splattering against tanned soil. It was pretty. He wished he was bleeding more, but his body was already struggling with how much it had already lost.

He wondered, vaguely, in the back of his mind, if he’d been followed. He’d made it obvious where he’d limped off to, with the blood trail and all. But even as Jabber leaned against the wall for longer, as the seconds turned to minutes, nobody came.

Were they leaving him for dead? Just as they had done to Fu?

His teeth creaked as he clamped them shut, struggling to swallow past the swell of emotion in his throat. Usually Cthoni was always there to help patch him up. She’d always had a stoic care about her, it almost felt sisterly, maybe, if he looked at it through the right lens.

This comic is TECHNICALLY a prequel to both the actual musical and to my fic "Can't Go Back."

It's vaguely alluded to in the first chapter where Zanka had gotten the courage to leave Jabber. He didn't even make it a full season before he caved and went back.

This au still has me in a chokehold...

Two weeks ago, my cat experienced life-threatening health conditions which resulted in several emergency vet visits as well as emergency surgery.

He is OK and recovering now, however, the cost of everything has been significant and I could really use some help. Anything helps.
