everyone seems to think so. they treat her like one. they call her one. i feel like she is one? but lindel, rahab, and angelica are presented as a sort of subspecies of human the way that sleigh beggies are. they live longer. theyre "hardier." for whatever reason. you cant choose to be a mage, you just are one. so why is chise considered one when its a major accomplishment for her just to have the life expectancy of a normal human. what the fuck is a mage. does yamazaki know?
