I don’t think Ghost is just the type to toss out a bad joke willy nilly.

I think he was panicking.

He knew the only chance Soap had to make it out alive was for him to keep moving. And he felt so fucking helpless from his hiding spot that he did everything he could do to help from over their radios.

1) Tell him everything he could about guerrilla tactics

2) Raise his spirits

And Ghost, being a big autistic bastard thought, ‘how tf do normal people cheer each other up??’

So even though the jokes were the only ones he could remember and even though he felt stupid telling them, he did it. When soap was too quiet for too long or sounded tired or scared, he would spit out any joke he could think of.

I need some media to hyperfixate on. Music/movies/tv shows, all good.

Genres I tend to like: fantasy, mystery, horror, animation, metal (but all are welcome)

Helps if there are hot men involved, because I am a slut
