Just enjoying some beautiful scenery. Have to rest for a minute not for my ankle but for my back. Been trying to do a little more each day since my ankle is feeling ok. I guess my body is still adjusting to not being in the boot and trying to do more. I can honestly say I'm VERY concerned about the Skyway 10K this Sunday. I have not been able to train until now. I can't believe how I feel just trying to complete 3 miles. I used to do that in my sleep. Plus I can only walk.
