Okay first of all, you need to be SAFE. I dont know what extent of measures you have at your disposal, but get somewhere safe, and be among safe friends and family. If you’re not an adult, FIND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS for help, if you are an adult yourself, FIND OLDER AND HELPFUL AND RESOURCEFUL ADULTS.

Considering this is Personal Safety and Personal Life related, your List Of People I Need To Ask Help From should include your parents, the dude’s parents, and people who can actively shield you from harm, not a sigil maker.

Im going to share some ideas ive had to use some magic while you sew!

Enchant your tools or fabrics! I whisper to my needles and dedicate them to my gods!

Sew sigils! Either where they cant be seen or where they can! if you're in the broom closet, you can sew runes into the inside of whatever you're sewing! I've used a separate piece of fabric, sewn sigils on it, and stuffed it into plushes!

Choose colors intentionally! trying to make something to help with self love? make it pink! trying to make something to help with protection? black! Something to attract love? red! this goes for threds too!!

Use specific materials for magical meaning! Cotton? luck, healing, or protection! Silk? purity, transformation, wealth, and protection! and so on!

Witch’s stitch! Finish every project with one stitch made with pure intention! or tie a not with pure intention!

Charge your items before using them! Use whatever you want! clensing and charging is a great way to make things with intention!

Use specific stuff for stuffing! Ill use corn for abundance mostly, but it can also be used for fertility and the cycle of life! you can also microwave it and its a heating pack! and doesnt deciticrate like rice does so lasts longer! but you can use whatever you want really, even putting herbs in with other stuffings!

Create wearable spells! Use sigils and runes to make your clothes protected or to help with other things! Maybe sew an abundance or luck rune into your wallet if you can or sew protection runes into your clothes!

Cleanse your tools regularly to remove old energies! Simple as that! You dont want the old energy sticking around longer than it should!

Throughout history and across cultures, symbols have been used as powerful tools for shielding energy, warding off harm, and strengthening spiritual boundaries.

Here are some of the most iconic protective symbols to incorporate into your craft, wards, or daily practice:

🧿 The Evil Eye – Deflects envy and ill will; a classic talisman against malice.

ᛉ Bindrune – A combination of runes woven together for personalized protection.

🔯 Unicursal Hexagram – Symbol of unity and continuous strength; often linked to Thelema.

👁️ Eye of Horus – Egyptian symbol of healing, protection, and divine power.

⭐ Pentacle – Represents earth, air, fire, water, and spirit in balance; a shield in many traditions.

🔗 The Witches Knot – Protective symbol often used in spells and wards to bind negativity.

⚔️ Crossed Spears – Represents warrior protection, strength, and defense.

ᛉ Algiz Rune – Rune of divine protection, often called the “Elhaz” rune; invokes safety and guardianship.

❄️ Helm of Awe (Ægishjálmr) – Norse sigil used to instill fear in enemies and protect the wearer.

Finally migraine free after two days straight and headache free after a week! These were in addition to mundane efforts (rest, hydration, nourishing food, EO roll-ons and arnica CBD cream) and prescription + OTC medications. I did create a new sigil and add that on as well, but didn’t get a pic.

My muscles are relaxed

If you’re looking for a more discreet way to use sigils to help with symptoms, here are a few tips:

Draw somewhere that can be easily covered

Draw with oils, balms, pain cream or lotion.

Draw with water and let it evaporate, or by tracing your finger on your skin

Draw on the inside of a bandaid (also nice because you can place it wherever you’d like if there’s a certain spot the pain feels worse)

Draw on a piece of paper and keep it on your person

I will say I personally find these more effective if they’re physically on your body, but I’ve definitely had sigils work while drawn on paper and in my pocket. There is something to be said about the gentleness of drawing on your hopes for ease and improvement, and the tangibility of something you can see when so much of your suffering and efforts feel invisible.

Agreeable Compromise

If you’re expecting to slap a sigil on the walls and hoping it would stop whatever is messing with you, then you’re being wayy too optimistic.

Sigils are meant to be Supplemental. They are not powerful enough (unless you know what you are doing) to become the Core of a magical working. It is best to use sigils to aid in a magical working, as an enhancer, a booster, or things of that nature.

the issue actually lies in the What and How a sigil is fueled with. Most people, when using sigils, actually depends on either the I Charge With Focusing camp or the I Charge By Not Focusing camp. Its not enough.

But lets say that you know of this particular fact, that you need to draw a lot of power, and charge the sigil with it, and you are capable of doing so, the next step will be, considering you are already drawing power from somewhere, why dont you do a Cleansing/Banishing/Purification? (they are differences between them, but I am lumping them together)

So, my suggestion is this:

1. Physically clean your room/space. (dirty and unkempt spaces tends to be filled with energetic gunk, think of it like airing out a dusty room)

2. Rearrange stuff in your room/space. (change bedsheets, covers, pillowcase, move furnitures into a different spot, etc, it moves stagnant energy, and also give your space a New Feel)

3. Cleanse your room with a ritual or spell of your choice. (you can use sigils here)

4. Ward/Shield the space. (use sigils here)

If you set a ward/shield without cleansing your space, you are basically trapping all the energetic gunk and impurities with you, so its gonna make things worse honestly.
