Who is this? They appear for a second in the intro. The moon looking symbols on their armor remind me of the crypt. But they don’t look like ghosts. 🤔
Feels like these might be professional adult Gorotama players. The first half of this season only really focused on Gorotama inside of the school, so these guys might be the first threat the Knights face outside of the school.

Binge-watched Dragon Striker and it's a fun show. I am a bit lost on what else magic in their world is used for. So far it seems like it only exists for the honor of playing "soccer on steroids" or else you're useless. SO MUCH HONOR.
Does everyone in their realm have "tama?" There're so many students at that school so what else is it for besides the chance to play on a team? Potions? Scholarship? Weapon-making? Do you NEED tama to do those other things? I'm not seeing the villagers using it. While I don't need things to be spelled out for me, I don't like making assumptions.
I need this girl to continue to be her spooky freaky little self for the life of me and I pray they don't take away her whimsy in season two (yES. we WILL get season two)
One of my big fears for Dragon Striker and Doomies is that they will be ignored by the animation community in general, because it is from Disney and they are focused on indie animation. Since some fans view DTVA as having The Owl House, Amphibia, Gravity Falls, and Big City Greens, many other good shows are forgotten. And if that’s the case, Disney would cancelled it after 1 season. (2 in Doomies case).
I worry that by 2029, both shows would be cancelled and forgotten by people. They would probably be seen as ‘Owl House’ clones despite it having nothing to do with the Owl House outside of the genre being the same.
This is why it's so important to talk about these shows as much as possible after they release. It not only tells Disney that we want to see more seasons, but also lets these shows reach more people who wouldn't have given them a watch otherwise.
Draw fanart, write fics, theorize! Show other people that these shows deserve a chance!

Over time players from the other teams will start joining the Knights. With the Knight's combo moves, I don't see the show only having 5 Knights for however many seasons.
Below are my predictions in order of how soon I think they'd join

One thing I REALLY hope Dragon Strikers doesn't do is rush through its story. A lot of serialized animated shows have axed almost all their "filler" episodes and have just been going to plot point after plot point.
So far I think the episodes are going at a pretty good pace, but I'm worried that we've already gotten past the team bonding stage of the show. I'd love to see more slow-paced episodes like 5 or 6 where we can see the Knights learn more about each other.
