your past is a lesson, not a life sentence. don’t be so hard on yourself. you are allowed to leave it behind and grow

i’m going to have a stupid girl summer. i will make so many mistakes

pray a lot!! pray for everything, even/especially if it seems silly or impossible or ridiculous and you can barely voice it. pray for the little things and the big things and everything in between. keep that connection between you and God open all day, every day. pray and then watch how tiny miracles fill your life. 

If you stop looking at your phone in every free moment it will feel a lot more anxiety-inducing at first but after a day or two you will settle into a slower way of thinking and eventually you will spend the whole morning looking at the sun rise through the window while you sip coffee or hold your sleeping partner and your thoughts wont feel like they’re on a treadmill

I pray everyone gets good news within the next 2 weeks
