Again: Darth Maul with my OC Xiva ✨💜

On this image Maul has skin contact with my OC Xiva. That means for my character that she conects with Maul through her nerves, the nerve endings, that glows in that image on her blue skin. The bond makes her feel all his emotions.

He also feels her through this contact and it eases his mind. He is obsessed with conecting with her, he needs it, like air to breath. She knows that, she can feel it through the bond.

Xiva belongs to my original alien species, the Xa'vor. These beings can connect with everything around them through touch, a ability made possible by their hyperactive and hypersensitive nervous system that spans their entire body. She (and her whole Species) are pacifistic and she don't know how to fight. Xa'vors are not force sensitive (star wars AU)

To avoid accidental connections, Xiva stays covered 90% of the time in a full-body suit, ensuring she doesn't inadvertently touch an object or another person. When she connects with a living being, Xiva experiences their emotions intensely, sometimes even diving deep into their perceptions and memories. Simultaneously, her counterpart can feel her feelings she transmits during the process. While this connection is active, her neural pathways glow vibrantly, as shown in the attached reference image:

The Xa'vor are a nomadic species who fled their home planet and are currently in hiding. Since I use this species for both my own project and the Star Wars universe, they are either fleeing from humanity (original story) or the Empire (Star Wars variant).

The eyes of the Xa'vor glow constantly. The gills on their necks are not intended for underwater use; rather, they act as an additional air filtration system to ensure safe breathing even in environments with hazardous gases (making them specialized filters rather than classical gills).
