Rise of the Guardians Confessions

Im desperate for content even if it’s bad it will revive this fanbase shoutout to hijack community for keeping it going

i get really grossed out when i see people shipping jack with the guardians/pitch. its made pretty clear in the movie that he has the body and the mind of a child, while the others have bodies and minds of adults. seeing so many people ship bla//ckice and jac//krabbit when jack is a child makes me feel really gross. it feels like people are making out all gay people to be predators because they only seem to ship m/m when its an adult and a teenager

the fact that they made tooth (a character based off of hindu myths) so pale/white kinda bothers me. like, shes from india, her parents are indian? why is she white?

30 seconds after watching Rise of the Guardians for the first time, I immediately headcanoned the next Guardian, Weeping Willow, whose centre is self-expression and protects kids who are trying to figure out who they are, no matter what.

The first time i watched RotG i had no idea who the Guardians were but now i belive in all of them. I fell in love with Jack and now 4 years later i still love him. Crazy or what!

In my opinion, while the books were the Guardians time to shine, the movie seems to be "Jack's Movie" mostly. We follow him for most of the film, and he is obviously the lead.
