term hiatus

i’m currently in my final year of university and i’m up to my eyeballs in work, with a week cut off because i’m going to my boyfriend’s home country in early november to meet his family for the first time. we’v been together for over a year but it feels sped up because we moved in together. we’re still v in love and plan on getting married in 2020, so that’s fun

i also work full time and have double amounts of training because they wanted to promote me before my probationary period was over. as soon as i finish probation this month it’s onto another probation for a higher-ranked job. lol

luckily my best friends also happen to be the people i met in university three years ago. we still share classes (out of coincidence, we just share v similar interests) so my social life isn’t hard to maintain in that respect - thank gOD - but everything else is a bit of a juggle

not sure how people do it without being tired all the time lol. but that’s why i haven’t been active since summer (when i started my job) and why i won’t be active for the foreseeable future. i’ll come back once i finish my studies and have a bit of free time to enjoy tumblr again. understandably ppl don’t want to follow an inactive blog so i won’t be butthurt if you say bye
