There's quite a few conversations in The Witcher 1 where characters get interrupted right before they would say the words "Ciri" or "Yennefer"
First time meeting Zoltan he says "You drunk? I'm your pal, Zoltan Chivay. Where have you been, why haven't I heard from you, what about…?" He's clearly about to ask about Yennefer and Ciri, right? He saw Geralt seemingly die afterall. First conversation with Triss. Geralt says "I can't explain it but I feel a bond when we speak. I know you were important…" and Triss replies "Geralt, we…" Gets interrupted by crows, but again, that seems like the set up to mention how it's a misunderstanding.
Dandelion's first meeting, shocked that Geralt is alive has him saying: "I saw her tell them to put you on a boat and there was a unicorn and Milva, Cahir and Angoulême, and Yarpen and Zoltan - we all witnessed it…" Geralt then says he lost his memory, not prompting Dandelion to expand on the "her" being Ciri. You meet Eredin in the cellar underneath the church in Chapter 1, he is taunting Geralt and asking if he believes in a child of destiny and saying "Destiny is a double-edged sword. You are one edge; the other is…"
And he can mock you by saying "Death." But again, Ciri is very much the resolution of that question.

saddam hussein vs pol pot 360p (Michael Moran, 2011) is a fascinating work of art. A perfect encapsulation of its era, it sources a mirrored low resolution clip from American history program "Deadliest Warrior" which tries to imagine if Pol Pot and a small band of Khmer Rouge operatives attempted to kill Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein and his guards, who would win? However what really cements the work is the music. Paralyzer by Finger Eleven playing over the low resolution clip, the graphics of the show making it look like multiplayer team deathmatch and abrupt ending gives it the exact mood of a Call of Duty kill montage that were all over the platform at the time. I seriously cannot think of a better "What did YouTube used to be like?" than this.
