Yakuza 0 Majima lying on the cold, hard floor of his Sotenbori apartment. I had the vision of this in my head, and I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to bring it to life, especially digitally, but I did it! It’s definitely not perfect. I see a lot of little mistakes. But it’s definitely way better than I would expect after only a few days of getting back into using Clip Studio. Compared to most of my digital art, this is like a masterpiece for me! I decided I wasn’t ready for inking yet. None of the pens feel as nice to me as this one, so I ended up making 3 layers of the pencil drawing to darken it. I definitely enjoyed coloring with this round watercolor brush. I wish I remembered the info for the asset store so I could recommend it to people. With all these layers, it looks more like a “noise” filter than a watercolor paper texture, but I think it’s pretty cool!
