For clarification to anyone confused:

Your fair coins earned during pre-election promos by reading the MS can be used either on part 1 or part 2. You can split the coins up as well (example: if you have 1,200 fair coins, you can use 600 coins on part 1 and 600 coins on part 2)

Ballots can be earned through trysts only. 1 tryst = 20 ballots.

You can buy ballots from their packs SLBP has on sale as well.

PINK ballots are for PART 1 ONLY!

BLUE ballots are for PART 2 ONLY!

Please do not attempt to get PINK ballots to use for part 2 because they will not work! You have to use BLUE ballots during part 2.
