King of the Mariana

Lynn just wants to finish college with his only motivation being to get a BA in music. Maybe then, he’d be away from all the discomfort he felt at school. It’s not that he was bullied- it’s quite the opposite, really. He was popular, but he didn’t have any friends. His popularity was… unnatural. It became more notable in high school around his other classmates, where a lot of people would stare at him, make comments as he passed, or leave notes for him when he wasn’t looking. He’d unknowingly create tension between him and students he never met, because they’d accuse him of intruding into their relationships- something he never did.

No one treated him like a person, and it gave him anxiety. He received too much unwanted attention, so he closed himself off and avoided being in public as much as possible- which was fine by him. He preferred staying at home and playing his favorite instrument: the violin.

Admittedly, he has a great singing voice, like his mother, but he feels too embarrassed to sing. He feels that it draws too much attention to him and it reminds him of how he feels around other people.

One day in Spanish class, he met the new transfer student, Vincent, and they hit it off almost immediately. Lynn was shocked at how normal it felt to talk to him, like having a real friend that sees him as him. They became inseparable, with Vincent staying over at his home, trying to escape his own homelife issues, Lynn was more than happy to offer him a reprieve with his family.

Lynn’s homelife was always loving, but it became even more so after the kidnapping of his brother, whom he barely remembers since they were just starting to walk when it happened. His parents mourn all the time over Myles, and he doesn’t know what to feel about a sibling he doesn’t know.

Extras:

Lynn's "uncle" is literally the devil.

His dad was one of the original angels that rebelled with the devil, so he's actually part angel and part incubus/succubus, and he and Myles are intersex because of how they were created.

His father, (Michael/Mike), fell in love with a succubus, (Roxanne/Roxy), and it's a super cute af love story. I have to solidify a human look for the two of them. They've both gone through a few redesigns, as have Lynn and Myles.
