It's funny because How Mac Got Fat is supposed to be entirely from his POV. So, all the scenes he isnt in are just how he thinks the others act when he's not around. When Charlie is dancing for Dennis in the office, and then when Frank and Dee join in. It's all how Mac thinks they act. How vulnerable and insecure Dennis is (even the tone of his voice is different when he dyes his hair and gets the chemical peel, kudos to Glenn for his acting in those scenes), how aggravated and overstimulated Charlie is. All around a great episode but told by an unreliable narrator.
