He chuckles but it's forced and weak, no real humour behind it. There's a lump in his throat he can't quite swallow no matter how many times he tries. It's in his chest, too, a heavy weight that settles like a fuckin' tumour.

Saskia knew she wasn't helping the situation by freaking out, but how else was she supposed to react finding out one of the closest people in her life was immune the whole time? She wondered if anyone else she'd killed were immune too, but she didn't want to think about those things.

She flinched slightly once Hwan grabbed her face, knowing she looked like absolute shit. She couldn't even laugh at his attempted joke, she was still far too traumatised.

"I'd have to keep the biggest secret of my career," she finally said after a pregnant silence. "But your secret is safe with me, you're not the first secret I've kept."

She went quiet and almost completely shut down, something she hadn't done since she had to kill an ex boyfriend. Sure, she didn't flinch or hesitate while doing it and became known for it but in private? Couldn't even pick up a gun for a month.

"So what happens now? Do we just got back and go on with our lives like nothing happened?" she asked, turning her head away from him to stare at the horizon.

"That's an amazing idea!" The redhead exclaimed as she wrapped her arms around Saskia. Giving her girlfriend a squeeze as she hugged her, she moved away with a smile. "We could try and find some reference photos on pinterest too!"

Walking with Saskia, Quinni looked around at all the different display rooms. "I think the plushie section is coming up... you promised you'd help me pick one out, remember?" She replied, letting out a soft giggle as her girlfriend kissed her cheek.

Saskia had considered in getting some of those painting by numbers sets just to get into painting and try to get creative but she was nervous about spending money on something she would've ended up hating.

Nodding as she listened to her girlfriend, she smiled softly. "Once we're home, we can create a Pinterest board together! Then we can look at references and colour schemes we like!"

Keeping an arm around Quinni, she nodded as she squeezed the redhead back. "Of course, I never forgot. Any ideas on what plushie you wanted?" she asked, kissing her girlfriend's hand.

Saskia's heartbeat accelerated with every single touch Ryan was giving her, swallowing hard as she bit down softly on her bottom lip. Moving forward slightly, she started pressing soft kisses to his neck, her hands trailing up and down his chest. Even if things didn't turn sexual, everything he was doing was certainly helping as a distraction. He always made her feel safe and listened to, even if it was something as simple as touching her and allowing her to touch him as much as she wanted. "I love you," she whispered against his skin.

Saskia could tell that David was a leader, he had that kind of aura of power around him. She usually avoided people she came into contact with who gave off that type of vibe, wanting to protect herself from any kind of danger.

She shook her head at his question, knowing there was no point in lying, he'd find out one way or another if she did. "It's only ever been me, I didn't even know covens existed for the first few years after I was turned."

"Can do," he replied as he gave the brunette a small smile before moving up in the line. After grabbing two beers, Noah handed one to Saskia and led her to the main concert room. He decided to move off to the side slightly, that way they wouldn't get trapped in a mosh pit where a bunch of drunk dickheads would be.

Saskia wanted to stick as close to Noah as she could for the concert, for her own comfort and protection. And she loved being around him anyway, so sticking to him like superglue wouldn't be too hard.

Taking a sip of her beer, she leaned back into him before she kissed his cheek. "It's perfect, baby. Should we put in our ear defenders now or is it too early?" she asked, her free hand reaching down towards her handbag.

She took a half-step back into him, so her body was pressed against his as people tried to move past her. She wasn't trying to turn him on or anything but make more room for others, which maybe wasn't the best move at a rock concert but since it was her first time, she didn't really know the etiquette yet.

Saskia laughed at herself as Simeon laughs too, trying to show that she really wasn't taking herself too seriously. Reaching out to playfully squeeze his cheek. "You can try, I don't think I'd be a good student; you have to be patient with me," she smiled.

Nodding, she tied her hair up so it wouldn't get in the way as they baked, if he'd allow her to do anything, that is. "I'm a sucker for toasted sandwiches, I'm guilty. Is there anything I can do to help or should I just observe?"

Watching Saskia blush softly, Noah wanted nothing more than to make her blush even more. He knew how much the other missed being intimate with him, and he missed it desperately too.

Becoming a family unit with Noah wasn't part of the original plan for Saskia, but she wouldn't want it any other way. Their little family was everything she could've ever wanted, it was perfect.

"God, don't give me any ideas," she whispered, biting her bottom lip. "Once horny brain takes over, I don't think I'd be able to think about anything else but those horny thoughts," she blushed.

Smiling softly once he kissed her hand, she rested her head against his shoulder. "I love you, Noah. More than anything, and I know our baby loves you too."

His mouth twitched into a grin as she spoke, the idea of someone call him Sir was something he wasn't again but that would always come further down the road.

Crossing one leg over the other, Saskia licked her lips as she mimicked David by looking over his body, very much aware that he was doing the same to her. She was wearing a very short dress and high heels, it was bound to happen.

"Pleased to make your acquaintance, David. I'm Saskia," she nodded towards him. "Question; how come you decided to let me find you? You could've just left a mystery and never seen me again."
