PROMPTS FOR THE ROMANCE OF BANTER, PLAYFUL SARCASM, AND USING JOKES TO HIDE HOW YOU REALLY FEEL ABOUT THEM
* Β assorted dialogue, some of which have some implied sarcasm built in (so just feel free to specify with "/s" at the end of each line), adjust as necessary
admit it. you're in love with me.
if only i had someone to go out with...
a date would be really nice right about now.
i might reconsider if you bring me flowers.
were you being serious back there?
did you just try to impress me?
was that another joke, or were you telling the truth?
we agreed that if no one asked us, we'd go together.
keep telling yourself that!
here it comes! the big love confession i've been waiting for!
you've been in love with me since the day we met.
you visited me in my dreams last night.
i know you're in love with me. you just won't say it outloud.
we can't hide this forever.
don't make me beg.
if you weren't so cute, you'd be annoying.
you're not very good at hiding how you feel.
you've been staring at me for a long time now.
is that what you really think of me?
you have feelings for me. admit it.
so what if i've been lying this whole time? for good reason!
you don't make this whole love thing any easier.
you make life difficult.
you're a piece of work.
is that how you really feel?
you're lucky you're so cute.
you're not really going out with them, are you?
i thought we... nevermind.
consider me impressed.
am i annoying you right now?
you didn't like that comment, huh.
i was only kidding!
you wish we were kissing right now.
oh, you'd just love to hear me beg.
i love our little back and forth.
sooner or later we'll have to come clean about how we feel.
i'm not good at hiding my emotions.
when were you going to tell me you were in love with me?
i actually hate your guts.
keep talking like that and you'll see how i really feel.
can your head get any bigger?
was that a joke?
were you just playing with me?
you didn't actually mean that, right?
hang on. you didn't just say that.
that was a joke, right?
this is just how we are when we're together.
i tease you, you tease me.
you and i have always been like this.
if i'm not annoying you, what's the point?
i'm allergic to tickling.
they said we'd make a cute couple. can you believe that?
are you always this annoying?
if i kiss you, will you turn into a prince? yes, i'm implying you're a frog.
βΒ sneaky.Β Β toΒ sneakΒ awayΒ fromΒ aΒ gatheringΒ toΒ haveΒ sexΒ withΒ myΒ muse. βΊβΊ Xavier figured this may help shave off a lot of Lucifer's tension at this event.
β€· the enormity of my desire. ( @clavicula-ovis )
this was honestly more of a relief than lucifer could probably put into words; after this hellish week, one misfortune happening with him and his brothers after another, diavolo had decided to invite them over to a dance at his castle, hoping the event would help to calm the tensions and put their minds on other things. but truth be told, lucifer was not calm upon arrival; if anything, he was even more wound up than he usually was at home. he felt like leviathan, truly, wanting to sink into the ground and disappear. or perhaps find some secret pathway home.
thankfully, xavier comes to his rescue, at first asking him to dance before taking him back to a private room near the kitchen of diavolo's castle. and here, in this private room, the avatar of pride would claim his prize; it wasn't very long before hot and heavy breaths filled the room, the demon's grunts and the human's sweet moans harmonizing so perfectly as the former slid in and out of the latter with such ease, that momentarily, deep in their intimacy, part of him swore that their bodies were made for one another.
β hah ... this is so much better than that dance, β lucifer admits with a moan as he finds that perfect pace that kept him on his very tip toes, hoping that it would make xavier positively melt. with his size, part of him had to know that he'd be stretching the human, hoping to fill him to hit his sweet spots with an ease no words could describe. he leans over to purr into xavier's ear, the act of producing the sound positively making his own body melt; he hoped to produce similar, pleasurable vibrations deep within the human's core. β i love filling you up like this, watching the way you respond as you take every inch. can you feel me, claiming you as my own? β

personality breakdown β satan. ( drawn from this post. )
myers-briggs.
INTJ β the mastermind. INTJs are analytical problem-solvers, eager to improve systems and processes with their innovative ideas. they have a talent for seeing possibilities for improvement, whether at work, at home, or in themselves. often intellectual, INTJs enjoy logical reasoning and complex problem-solving. they approach life by analyzing the theory behind what they see, and are typically focused inward, on their own thoughtful study of the world around them. INTJs are drawn to logical systems and are much less comfortable with the unpredictable nature of other people and their emotions. they are typically independent and selective about their relationships, preferring to associate with people who they find intellectually stimulating.
(I) introversion. introverts are energized by spending quiet time alone or with a small group. they tend to be more reserved and thoughtful.
(N) intuition. intuitives focus on a more abstract level of thinking; they are more interested in theories, patterns, and explanations. they are often more concerned with the future than the present and are often described as "creative."
(T) thinking. thinkers tend to make decisions with their heads; they are interested in finding the most logical, reasonable choice.
(J) judging. judgers appreciate structure and order; they like things planned, and dislike last-minute changes.

(Ni) introverted intuition. this cognitive function allows people to use instincts to navigate the world. people with Ni as a dominant function tend to focus inwardly and might find it challenging to articulate the reasons for decisions.
(Te) extroverted thinking. extraverted thinkers rely heavily on reason and research to inform decisions. personalities with strong Te tendencies set emotions aside and use logic. this function allows people to be persuasive.
(Fi) introverted feeling. introverted feelers show empathy and feel othersβ joy and pain with excellent acuity. personalities with Fi as a dominant or auxiliary function tend to make decisions based on what feels suitable for the group and the current moment.
(Se) extroverted sensing. personality types with a strong Se function take in as much sensory information as possible; this makes them very detail-oriented and observant of the world around them. this function allows people to be present and live in the moment.

four temperaments.
melancholic-choleric β the trainer. the melancholy-choleric combination is driven by two temperament needs. the primary temperament need is to do things right. the secondary need is to get results. either need may dominate behavior depending on the situation. when the melancholy and the choleric natural tendencies are combined, it produces a detail-oriented person who pushes to get results. they have a strong drive to tell others what they know, and what to do. this combination naturally likes to teach or train others what they know.

they are not socially active, preferring work and privacy to being with people. the melancholy-choleric may have some difficulty in relationships because they are not flexible, and they have a brief, direct, sometimes blunt manner of communication.

big 5 (SLOAN).

(R) reserved. reserved types are uncomfortable and/or disinterested with social interaction.
(L) limbic. limbic types are prone to moodiness.
(O) organized. organized types are focused.
(E) egocentric. egocentric types live for themselves.
(I) inquisitive. inquisitive types are insatiable in their quest to know more.
instinctual variant.

(so) social. the social instinct prioritizes relationships to establish a sense of belonging and bringing value to their community. people with a dominant social instinct tend to be socially aware of their place in a group, how theyβre perceived, and who they need to befriend. they enjoy working with others towards a shared purpose or common goal for the greater good, and want to feel involved and connected.
attitudinal psyche.
VLEF. VLEF is the attitudinal psyche type that seems the most interested in gathering information that supports the belief system of who they believe they are and what direction they have chosen. the VLEF appears to be protecting themselves and others from being emotionally intimidated or thrown off from the path they have decided to follow. they may come off as intellectual, professorial, curious, determined, demanding, accomplished, skeptical, argumentative, shut off, questioning, and sometimes artistic if it supports the goal they have in mind. the VLEF seems to want control over their identity through continuous inquiries and investigations of their choosing while resisting any emotional attack or violation of their sensitivities..
(1V) confident volition. VLEFs have a direct and pointed approach to the volition aspect often accompanied by an academic or intellectual angle. they tend to know exactly what they desire for their future and believe all decisions they make are final as they have the last word. this type wants to keep their future plans to themselves, often refusing to divulge the path that they are on until they feel apt to do so. personal power is seen as sacred and close to the heart for the VLEF, so letting another person potentially sway their desired outcome is forbidden. although VLEFs are not keen on letting others in on their own future, they are strong narrators of the past, often advising others on how they should solve their own problems with fierce confidence as they relate each situation happening in the present to how they solved it in the past. for this reason, VLEFs may come off as bossy, overbearing, and preachy regarding self-improvement related topics which can confuse those who are unfamiliar with this type as being the 1L attitude. overall, VLEFs believe that they have control over their own personhood and how it will evolve, which gives them an unstoppable spirit no matter the roadblocks.
(2L) flexible logic. VLEFs have an unusual approach to the logic aspect compared to the stereotype which can manifest in a few ways. the first and most obvious archetype of this typeβs 2L is of the professorial or intellectual variety. this type will often spend hours relaying information or logical principles to others, demonstrating all the knowledge they have gained while encouraging the other person to share their own opinions as well. however, VLEFs may quickly switch to a more aggressive approach as soon as they believe a certain logical principle supports an ideal future option. this is where the type may appear more stubborn about logic than they are, as the expertise they desire can leak into the volitional realm. the other common manifestation of their 2L is the dreamer, or sensual variety. for this type of VLEF, they use logic as a means to draw others into their world. all exchanges of information are accepted and transformed into intrigue, fascination, and an opportunity for all parties involved to expand. VLEFs tend to have a hidden artistry and penchant for beauty that will only outwardly manifest in the more emotionally courageous version of the type. one will see often see geometry or math used as a vehicle for metaphors, analogies, and symbols.
(3E) insecure expression. VLEFs have a deeply vulnerable relationship to the emotion aspect. this type feels a violent sense of chaos when it comes to their emotional thoughts and feelings. for this reason, they often protect this part of their inner world as much as they can, while warning others of the pitfalls one can fall into when swept away in their emotions. VLEFs often suppress their emotions which can have many different consequences. they may develop a sad overlay to their personality, holding in all of their emotional trauma and past pain, wishing to find a philosophical or logical answer of how to βsolveβ these traumas. this can result in a vibrant artistic career or hobby that may surprise others who know the VLEF well. they may also become angry, argumentative, disagreeable, and flat out cruel to anyone who challenges their character. this type of VLEF can adopt an βattack firstβ type of attitude to pre-meditate highly unruly and emotionally rambunctious people. they dislike feeling as though their own emotional insecurity could be brought up against them without warning and may wave the finger and shame others who are being inappropriate. if others notice the VLEFβs emotions, they can become even more hostile and dismissive towards any assumptions made about their sensitivities. overall, the VLEF wants to stop their emotionally negative disposition from activating their fears and vulnerabilities.
(4F) disowned physics. VLEFs have a rather straightforward approach to the physics aspect. like all types in the pente sexta, VLEFs can feel a combination of their first and fourth attitudes pushing them to make conclusive decisions in their lives. they may become overly interested in the physical realm and all of the sensations that emerge in the body when tinkering with objects and materials. however, this does not mean that this type has long-lasting strong opinions about the physical world. conversely, the VLEF is open minded and curious to understand how their own body works when the topic is brought up. they may be able to completely ignore any pain, annoyances, or inconvenience that their surroundings cause them. for this reason, this type can push through almost any sort of tough situation while retaining the mental observations that they made of their experience. VLEFs also become fascinated by shapes, patterns, movements, tessellations, and other geometric occurrences around them. they are often inclined to philosophize over the beauty or meaning of order in the world, taking ideas from the past and fitting them into the present understandings of reality.
alignment.
neutral evil β the malefactor. a neutral evil villain does whatever he can get away with. he is out for himself, pure and simple. he sheds no tears for those he kills, whether for profit, sport, or convenience. he has no love of order and holds no illusion that following laws, traditions, or codes would make him any better or more noble. on the other hand, he doesn't have the restless nature or love of conflict that a chaotic evil villain has. some neutral evil villains hold up evil as an ideal, committing evil for its own sake. most often, such villains are devoted to evil deities or secret societies.
neutral evil beings consider their alignment to be the best because they can advance themselves without regard for others.
neutral evil is the most dangerous alignment because it represents pure evil without honor and without variation.
zodiac.
sun sign β libra. people born under the sign of Libra are peaceful, fair, and they hate being alone. partnership is very important for them, seeking someone with the ability to be the mirror to themselves. these individuals are fascinated by balance and symmetry, they are in a constant chase for justice and equality, realizing through life that the only thing that should be truly important to themselves in their own inner core of personality. this is someone ready to do nearly anything to avoid conflict, keeping the peace whenever possible.
moon sign β scorpio. the moon is all about our feelings, and scorpio is about intensity. this means that if you were born with the moon in scorpio you have a cauldron of emotion that can easily bubble over. scorpio has been accused of being secretive, and thatβs because they tend to bury their feelings. those with a scorpio moon in their natal chart know that not everyone can handle their passion and sensitivity, and over time they learn to hold their feelings in instead of expressing them. because the moon rules our emotions, it has a huge impact on our romantic lives. people with a natal scorpio moon take their relationships seriously and want to feel a sense of deep, abiding kinship with their partners. they have a special knack for demonstrating how they feel and easily align emotion with desire so they can connect on an emotional level. you will never feel a shortage of affection and attention from them! having a natal moon in intense scorpio can be overwhelming at times, with extreme highs and lows until you learn to put things into perspective. having the ability to feel your feelings and bring the truth about anything (or yourself) to light can lead to profound transformations. donβt fear these periods of change because a natal moon in scorpio gives you the power to survive anything.
rising sign β virgo. virgo ascendantsβ earthy nature can be described as emotionally reserved and practical. emotional displays are not their thing, and on the surface, they like to always appear clean, composed, and under control. virgo, a mutable earth sign, is characterized by this analytical nature and feels most aligned when working with or serving others. virgo as a zodiac sign is symbolized by the maiden carrying wheat from harvest, an ancient representation of cleanliness and chastity. itβs also associated with the sixth house of work, health, and servitude, which is why virgo risings often work hard and prudently in order to harvest rewards in life. virgo ascendants are always striving toward self-improvement and the improvement of others, reflecting their desire for perfection in all aspects of life. these grounded folks are typically known for their attention to detail, meticulousness, and methodical approach to problem-solving. they have a strong sense of duty and are highly reliable and responsible. while their disciplined nature serves them well in many aspects of life, it can sometimes lead to decision paralysis or a tendency to be overly critical of themselves and others.

myers-briggs.
INFP β the healer. INFPs are imaginative idealists, guided by their own core values and beliefs. to a healer, possibilities are paramount; the realism of the moment is only of passing concern. they see potential for a better future, and pursue truth and meaning with their own individual flair. INFPs are sensitive, caring, and compassionate, and are deeply concerned with the personal growth of themselves and others. individualistic and nonjudgmental, INFPs believe that each person must find their own path. they enjoy spending time exploring their own ideas and values, and are gently encouraging to others to do the same. INFPs are creative and often artistic; they enjoy finding new outlets for self-expression.
(I) introversion. introverts are energized by spending quiet time alone or with a small group. they tend to be more reserved and thoughtful.

(F) feeling. feelers tend to make decisions with their hearts; they are interested in how a decision will affect people, and whether it fits in with their values.
(P) perceiving. perceivers appreciate flexibility and spontaneity; they like to leave things open so they can change their minds.
function stack.
(Fi) introverted feeling. introverted feelers show empathy and feel othersβ joy and pain with excellent acuity. personalities with Fi as a dominant or auxiliary function tend to make decisions based on what feels suitable for the group and the current moment.
(Ne) extroverted intuition. individuals with Ne as a dominant or auxiliary cognitive function are strong communicators and more readily notice patterns in the events and people around them. they can also articulate these patterns and ideas to others, making them compelling and trusted figures.
(Si) introverted sensing. introverted sensors rely on past experiences to understand present circumstances. sensory inputβsight, smell, taste, touch, and soundβplays a crucial role in memory recall and instinct. personalities with a strong Si function, like the ISTJ personality, tend to think inwardly and in patterns.
(Te) extroverted thinking. extraverted thinkers rely heavily on reason and research to inform decisions. personalities with strong Te tendencies set emotions aside and use logic. this function allows people to be persuasive.
enneagram.
PRIMARY TYPE. type four β the individualist (heart). the sensitive, introspective type. fours are self-aware, sensitive, and reserved. they are emotionally honest, creative, and personal, but can also be moody and self-conscious. withholding themselves from others due to feeling vulnerable and defective, they can also feel disdainful and exempt from ordinary ways of living. they typically have problems with melancholy, self-indulgence, and self-pity.
at their best. inspired and highly creative, they are able to renew themselves and transform their experiences.
basic fear. that they have no identity or personal significance
basic desire. to find themselves and their significance (to create an identity)
WING TYPE. type five β the investigator (head). the intense, cerebral type. fives are alert, insightful, and curious. they are able to concentrate and focus on developing complex ideas and skills. independent, innovative, and inventive, they can also become preoccupied with their thoughts and imaginary constructs. they become detached, yet high-strung and intense. they typically have problems with eccentricity, nihilism, and isolation.
at their best. visionary pioneers, often ahead of their time, and able to see the world in an entirely new way.
basic fear. being useless, helpless, or incapable
basic desire. to be capable and competent
4w5 β the free spirit. the 4w5 personality type combines the emotional depth and creativity of type 4 with the intellectual curiosity and withdrawal of type 5. this creates individuals who are profoundly introspective, often exploring complex inner landscapes through artistic or intellectual means. unlike the more outgoing 4w3, the free spirit tends to be more withdrawn, preferring solitary creative pursuits and deep contemplation. they seek understanding more than recognition. at their best, 4w5s are profound creative thinkers who produce work of remarkable depth and originality, often exploring themes that others overlook.
basic fear. being misunderstood or having no identity. they fear both emotional and intellectual inadequacy, and may withdraw to protect their sense of self.
basic desire. to understand themselves and their place in the world through deep introspection and creative exploration. they seek meaning that is both emotionally resonant and intellectually satisfying.
strengths. deeply insightful and perceptive, highly original creative vision, thorough and analytical, keen observer of subtleties, intellectually curious, emotionally authentic, independent thinker, self-sufficient and resourceful.
blind spots. can be overly withdrawn, difficulty sharing feelings, may intellectualize emotions, highly sensitive to criticism, can get stuck in analysis, may feel misunderstood, prone to melancholy, can seem eccentric or aloof.
tri-type.
type six β the loyalist (head). the committed, security-oriented type. sixes are reliable, hard-working, responsible, and trustworthy. excellent βtroubleshooters,β they foresee problems and foster cooperation, but can also become defensive, evasive, and anxiousβrunning on stress while complaining about it. they can be cautious and indecisive, but also reactive, defiant and rebellious. they typically have problems with self-doubt and suspicion.Β at their best. internally stable and self-reliant, courageously championing themselves and others. basic fear. of being without support and guidance. basic desire. to have security and support.
type nine β the peacemaker (body). the easygoing, self-effacing type. enneagram type nines are accepting, trusting, and stable. they are usually creative, optimistic, and supportive, but can also be too willing to go along with others to keep the peace. they want everything to go smoothly and be without conflict, but they can also tend to be complacent, simplifying problems and minimizing anything upsetting. they typically have problems with inertia and stubbornness. Β at their best. indomitable and all-embracing, they are able to bring people together and heal conflicts. basic fear. of loss and separation. basic desire. to have inner stability βpeace of mindβ.
four temperaments.
sanguine-melancholic β the performer. the sanguine-melancholy is driven by two temperament needs. the primary need is to be accepted socially. the secondary need is to do things right. either need may dominate their behavior depending on the requirements of the situation. when the sanguine and the melancholy natural tendencies are combined, it produces a people-person who is sensitive, creative, and detail-oriented. the sanguine-melancholy is more formal and emotional than the other sanguine blends. this combination is naturally able to perform in front of others to meet the need of the moment.
the sanguine-melancholy needs to be with people most of the time, but some of the time they need to be alone. when alone they will likely think, review, plan, and be creative. they need information, time to think, and a plan; they function best, and more effectively, when they have a detailed plan. once they have a plan, however, they may not be consistent or follow through because of the fear of failure. once the fear of failure is overcome, there is not much they cannot do as well, if not better than, anyone else.
the sanguine-melancholy has a very active, vivid imagination causing them to be creative in many areas like music, the performing arts, writing, decoration, problem solving, etc. they tend to be very image conscious and actively seek recognition for their achievements. the sanguine-melancholy has a deep need to know that they will be accepted by others. they often struggle with questions like, βwhy did i do that?β, βwhy didnβt i do something else?β, βdid i say that right?β
they are usually well organized. being organized does not necessarily mean that everything is neatly in place. being organized can also mean that you know where everything is locatedβif you know whatβs in the piles, then youβre organized!
information about their job is very important to them, so they may ask many questions before accepting a task. they tend to be cautious because they have a deep need to make a favorable impression. they like status and quality things.
they often have difficulty going to sleep because they are thinking too much; reviewing, planning, fretting, or creating. the sanguine-melancholyβs emotions may fluctuate, especially if they are embarrassed or they have been, or may be, rejected. they can do things to an extreme.
the sanguine-melancholy tends to warm up slowly to new people because they are unsure of how they are being received. once they feel safe or accepted, they become more friendly.
big 5 (SLOAN).
RLUEI.
(R) reserved. reserved types are uncomfortable and/or disinterested with social interaction.
(L) limbic. limbic types are prone to moodiness.
(U) unstructured. unstructured types are scattered.
(E) egocentric. egocentric types live for themselves.
(I) inquisitive. inquisitive types are insatiable in their quest to know more.
instinctual variant.
sx/sp.
(sx) one-to-one. the one-to-one instinct focuses on the intensity of lifeβs experiences and one-on-one relationships (whether romantic or platonic). people with a dominant one-to-one instinct value intimacy, passion, and excitement. they carry a strong energy and actively seek out experiences where they can build bonds with another individual.
(sp) self-preservation. the self-preservation instinct wants to make sure they have everything they need to feel safe, secure, and comfortable. people with a dominant self-preservation instinct prioritize food, shelter, family relationships, and tending to their physical and mental well-being. theyβll manage their energy levels and resources to avoid becoming stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed.
attitudinal psyche.
ELVF. ELVF is the attitudinal psyche type that seems the most interested in transmitting their own strong emotional convictions through art, poetry, analytics, and rebellious declarations. the ELVF appears to be protecting their right to emotional and personal autonomy by being highly resistant to others who infringe on this core attitude. they may come off verbose, talkative, theoretical, self-centered, moody, poetic, artistic, and emotionally blunt. the ELVF seems to want control over their identity through narrating their lives, foraging meaning from their experiences, and retaining their own right to choose which emotional aesthetics get to take up space in their mental sphere.
(1E) confident expression. ELVFs are the most emotionally bold 1E type (and type overall). this type does not hold back in letting others know their opinions of their relationships, both good and bad. they stick by their emotions and resist any outside force that may obstruct or diminish their expression. ELVFs can have a wide array of feelings and intuitions that will vary based on the individual β but regardless of this contrast this type will own whatever emotion they feel is pertinent to their identity. the ELVF often expects that others respect their autonomy and right to their own emotions. Sometimes shy, this type can hold back in the beginning of a relationship but will not falter being straightforward once questioned.
(2L) flexible logic. ELVF is the most highly verbose 2L type. ELVFs prefer to turn logical analysis into a long discussion about possibilities, twists, and turns in the bounds of the theoretical. they do not mind being wrong about logic, so long as it is not held over them personally or professionally. this can sometimes happen, and make the ELVF appear 1L or 3L, when in fact they are perceiving the accuser as attacking their identity or emotional sensibilities. when given ample time and space to discuss logic, the ELVF often gathers all evidence and expresses it in long diatribes that invite others to continue feeding more questions into the logical voyage. the ELVF may end up in a completely different space than where they started, as the journey through the theoretical is where they feel the most comfortable.
(3V) insecure volition. ELVFs have the most verbally aggressive, angry, and internally (sometimes externally) violent 3V besides their solution type FLVE. this type has an extremely difficult time figuring out what steps and decisions they must take to create goals for their lives. they also disregard any sort of assured or confident seeming advice coming from others that does not take their specific circumstances into consideration. any sort of default or vague advice is swiftly rejected, as the ELVF wants others to genuinely take interest in their life struggles. ELVFs can challenge others who assert their power, often feeling a skeptical disgust that they may or may not express, as they feel that volition is an ever-changing part of the human experience, so holding onto power so vehemently seems phony or fraudulent to them.
(4F) disowned physics. ELVFs have a lax approach to physics which makes them one of the most obvious 4F types. this type will often ignore their surroundings so long as they feel that their needs are met (and sometimes even this does not activate them). they can feel completely unbothered by any clutter, mess, dirty laundry, unpaid bills, or even half-done practical tasks lying around. ELVFs tend to only pay attention to the physical world when it aids in their poetic or emotional creations that they are attempting to convey to the world. however, some ELVFs feel a natural urge to solve their physical issues in order to free up their own time and feel free from worry and anxiety. once the physical can be perceived as something more meaningful or metaphorical to the ELVF, then they take notice immediately. the ELVF often desires that others will complete their tasks for them or at least offer up decisive advice on how to deal with lifeβs little chores without wasting too much energy.
alignment.
true neutral β the undecided. a neutral character does what seems to be a good idea. he doesn't feel strongly one way or the other when it comes to good vs. evil or law vs. chaos. most neutral characters exhibit a lack of conviction or bias rather than a commitment to neutrality. such a character thinks of good as better than evil-after all, he would rather have good neighbors and rulers than evil ones. still, he's not personally committed to upholding good in any abstract or universal way. some neutral characters, on the other hand, commit themselves philosophically to neutrality. they see good, evil, law, and chaos as prejudices and dangerous extremes. they advocate the middle way of neutrality as the best, most balanced road in the long run.
neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you act naturally, without prejudice or compulsion.
neutral can be a dangerous alignment when it represents apathy, indifference, and a lack of conviction.
zodiac.
sun sign β aries. as the first sign in the zodiac, the presence of aries always marks the beginning of something energetic and turbulent. they are continuously looking for dynamic, speed and competition, always being the first in everything - from work to social gatherings. thanks to its ruling planet mars and the fact it belongs to the element of fire (just like leo and sagittarius), aries is one of the most active zodiac signs. it is in their nature to take action, sometimes before they think about it..
moon sign β aquarius. the moon in aquarius is an oddity because the moon is about our gut instincts, our moods, and how we respond to things emotionally. the paradox here is that aquarius is an air sign which means itβs more concerned with mental functions than the messiness of human emotion. this doesnβt mean those with their natal moon in aquarius donβt have feelings. rather, their feelings are more conceptual and intellectual. lunar aquarians are incredibly observant people. their minds are always on alert, constantly trying to figure out why people do the things that they do. this curiosity extends to other areas of life, and they enjoy learning about science, mechanics, and technology. they love to know how things work -- you might even find them taking things apart and putting them back together! aquarius moon sign people are natural humanitarians and are often involved in philanthropic causes of some kind. they are egalitarians at heart, and have strong beliefs about the welfare of others and human rights. donβt let the water-bearerβs aloof exterior fool you. lunar aquarians are passionate about helping others, and simply remain objective in an effort to avoid getting caught up in emotionally turbulent situations.
rising sign β cancer. cancer risings are ruled by the moon, which sets them apart from most of the zodiac because the moon is not a planet (in astrology, it's called a luminary, along with the sun). for this reason, cancer risings are continuously moving through various emotions and especially influenced by the feelings of others. this means that when theyβre paying attention to something, theyβre entirely immersed in that subject. cancer is a cardinal water sign, and much like a flowing river, cancer risings always keep things moving. when they finally have some time to themselves, you can usually find them at home or somewhere that allows them to be comfortable. they value their solitude just as much as they value their friends and family. they arenβt energizer bunniesβtheyβll burn out if they donβt take space for themselves. they can be extremely aware of their emotions, which is another reason they need some space to recharge. that being said, they do thrive when they have a partner whoβs able to help them balance their moods and provide logic to balance out their feelings. cancer risings have a capricorn descendant (the point directly opposite the rising sign in a birth chart), which makes them understand and value the levels of human interaction. translation: theyβll be nice to you, but you shouldnβt expect them to show true vulnerability until youβve proven your loyalty.

β I hope to repay your kindness someday. β βΊβΊ Xavier beamed to Satan, seemingly out of the blue.
β€· 200 random dialogue prompts. ( @clavicula-ovis )
β my ... kindness? β the blond blinks, initially a little confused, but it wouldn't be long until he realizes what it is that xavier is getting at. he'd been leading study groups at the house of lamentation lately and had been particularly giving a hand out to xavier, even if he didn't need it. he knew the human was smart; it was just his subtle way of wanting to signal to the other that he wanted his attention.
this is also the moment where satan starts to feel quite a bit flattered, his heart beginning to flutter in his chest, his desire to reach out and pull the other a little closer as obvious as ever, with the way his cheeks were flushed pink and his hands gripped at the fabric of his RAD uniform. β you don't have to thank me, xavier, β satan replies, a calm expression on his face, although his voice cracks somewhat due to the nerves.
β you can repay me by doing well on your exam. and what you can give me later once you do. β he says it with a smirk and a wink, hoping the other knew exactly what he was getting at. he knew that xavier was going to ace this thing; he seemed highly intelligent, and that honestly got satan going a bit.
β That isβ¦ literally illegal. You are describing something illegal. β βΊβΊ Sighed Barbatos as he looked directly into Mammon's eyes. Uh oh!
β€· 200 random dialogue prompts. ( @clavicula-ovis )
whoops ... yeah, he probably went a little overboard in describing a prank against diavolo. which involved initiating a near hour-long chase with a challenge at the end where if you can't make a jump you had to be hung upside down. huh ... so apparently hanging the demon prince upside down was illegal. probably had something to do with protecting the integrity and the safety of the rulers and future rulers of the devildom, or something like that. at least, that was the text he remembered reading all those centuries ago when he first arrived in the devildom.
β well damn, i guess i should be thankin' ya, then, β mammon admits to the butler, embarrassed, hand coming to rest at the back of his neck. β honestly, i didn't know somethin' like that was even illegal in the devildom, but i guess it kinda makes sense. huh. guess that's off my list for pranks on diavolo. β or, well, maybe not. he was a demon, and the avatar of greed, after all.

attitudinal psyche.
FVEL. FVEL is the attitudinal psyche type that seems the most interested in creating an atmosphere that is practical, comforting, and emotionally stable so they can flourish in their potential and resist disturbances. the FVEL appears to be protecting themselves from those who wish to disturb their environment by learning to collaborate and find strategic ways to set boundaries. they may come off as energetic, practical, ever-changing, dreamy, planning, inventive, decorative, sullen, melancholic, and emotionally closed off if someone crosses their boundaries. the FVEL seems to want control over their identity through seamlessly fulfilling their plans and being surrounded by what they deem pleasurable.
(1F) confident physics. FVELs have the most insular 1F, and are overall the most insular type besides ELFVs in their relation to emotions. this type enjoys bathing in their own creative thoughts and innovations. they gain satisfaction in knowing they can watch their environment be brought to life through structuring and configuring all of the pieces involved. however, FVELs are extremely picky about what they find appealing. this type has no interest in choosing what is βin styleβ and instead will choose whatever they decide is fulfilling in the moment. they generally have no qualms moving to new locations or switching up their decisions in an instant. for this reason, they can come off βhard-headedβ and refuse to remain still, even if urged by those around them to do so. FVELs truly desire to flourish and this usually leads them to develop a philosophy of constant movement early on in life. they recognize that flourishing, for them, means consistent renewal of the environment and its resources. FVELs can often thrive in the harshest of environments if forced to as they are consistently aware of how their surroundings could affect them negatively. for this reason, they often know the worst of what could happen and are rarely surprised.
(2V) flexible volition. FVELs have a novel-seeking relationship to the volition aspect. this type encourages themselves to stay moving in life and chasing after what they desire, no matter the cost β sometimes to their own detriment as they can spend money and energy way past their own means. they are often easily swayed to try the ideas of others and can run with full dedication before truly comprehending all the details involved. this does not deter the type, though, as they tend to be quite resilient in the face of challenges, particularly physical. FVELs are usually quiet about their plans but if prompted will precisely detail out the chronological order of plans. this, again, gives them a similarity to their conflicting type, ELFV. this type finds it easy to take charge in a situation and does not mind being thrown into a position of responsibility as long as the expectations are known beforehand. they can come off as visceral and instinctive due to their self confidence in this realm which can be surprising to others that initially view them as shy. FVELs believe that there are always opportunities to change and alter their lives and all manifestations of life are worth looking into.
(3E) insecure expression. FVELs have a paranoid and careful approach to the emotion aspect. there is some variety in behavior with the type as some FVELs will talk about their feelings, while others refuse to open up about what they are experiencing internally. however, the line that ties these two subtypes together is how cautious they are in vocalizing the details of what they truly feel. FVELs believe that being too open about their emotions will cause others to look at them as βthe problemβ or the source of drama. if they are more conflict averse, they can refuse to ever show contrary emotions. this type can feel an overwhelming sense of pressure building up inside of them when they suppress too much, which can lead them to escaping into fantasy worlds of their own. they may find comfort in creating elaborate stories in their minds, building full scenarios and relationships that they have never experienced or becoming entirely alien to their current understanding of who they are. FVELs that are more expressive may go through periods of time where they can handle the consequences of showing their emotional hand, but will then need reprieve and can disappear from the limelight for unexpected interludes of time. this type wants to feel safe when they have to emote and sometimes they believe this need can only be met through imagination.
(4L) disowned logic. FVELs have a linear approach to the logic aspect. they generally resist becoming overly concerned about the deeper meaning behind what is seen, but feel a strong pull towards those who can offer reasonable solutions, especially if feelings are involved. this type generally wants to understand what is true or false, black or white, right or wrong. they may dig into problems further than the average person because ambivalence annoys them and seems like a waste of their time. FVELs do not want to be bothered to engage in never-ending journeys through theories and logic. however, they do not like to be seen as unintelligent. it is not that FVELs are non-academic or completely turned off by philosophy β it is that this type needs to know which principles aid them in living their most ideal lifestyle. for this reason, FVELs (like all exi types) can become interested in the self-help arena. they may adopt new customs to try out a different way of being to see if it feels right to the FVEL. if the new way of life does not fit into their expectations then they quickly move on as this type does not dwell on the details of unfulfilling experiences. overall, FVELs believe that logic is something they can meddle in as needed, as there is no pressure to fully dive into that realm if unnecessary.
alignment.
chaotic neutral β the free spirit. a chaotic neutral character follows his whims. he is an individualist first and last. he values his own liberty but doesn't strive to protect others' freedom. he avoids authority, resents restrictions, and challenges traditions. a chaotic neutral character does not intentionally disrupt organizations as part of a campaign of anarchy. to do so, he would have to be motivated either by good (and a desire to liberate others) or evil (and a desire to make those different from himself suffer). a chaotic neutral character may be unpredictable, but his behavior is not totally random. he is not as likely to jump off a bridge as to cross it.
chaotic neutral is the best alignment you can be because it represents true freedom from both society's restrictions and a do-gooder's zeal.
chaotic neutral can be a dangerous alignment when it seeks to eliminate all authority, harmony, and order in society.
zodiac.
sun sign β virgo. virgos are always paying attention to the smallest details and their deep sense of humanity makes them one of the most careful signs of the zodiac. their methodical approach to life ensures that nothing is left to chance, and although they are often tender, their heart might be closed for the outer world. this is a sign often misunderstood, not because they lack the ability to express, but because they wonβt accept their feelings as valid, true, or even relevant when opposed to reason. the symbolism behind the name speaks well of their nature, born with a feeling they are experiencing everything for the first time.
moon sign β aries. aries is the first sign of the zodiac, and aries energy is "initiating" energy -- itβs the beginning of the astrological year and this sign is known for being bold, active, and extremely fiery. just remember that the moon is your emotional being. aries is a fire sign, and people with moon in aries are usually independent and happy to be on their own. they like challenges and new things, but dislike overt expressions of emotions and prefer when everyone is direct and self-sufficient. if your moon is in aries, you wonβt like it if your loved ones are emotionally needy -- you prefer direct and undemonstrative encounters. if you were born with the moon in aries, thereβs a sense of spontaneity at a deep, gut level -- a sense of knowing immediately whether something is good or bad, whether you like it or whether you donβt like it. moon in aries is also quick to act ... and react. this means that anyone with moon in aries will be quick to express their emotions, but those emotions will burn fast and hot, and then change.
rising sign β gemini. thereβs nothing you love more than being consumed in an engaging conversation. you might lose track of time, butΒ cβest la vie. a wink, a smile and a genuine apology is generally all it takes to get you off the hook. gemini is a breezy air sign ruled by quick-witted and intellectual mercury. convivial and charming, you know how to get people talking. at gatherings, youβll be the person zipping around the room faster than the messenger planet himself!Β sometimes you move so fast that people canβt keep up with you! you might even get a rap for your short attention span; or be accused of (glug) superficiality. the truth is, this inquisitive rising sign makes you highly distractible. so much piques your curious nature that itβs hard to know where to focus when youβre stimulated. watch out for a tendency to be manipulative. you like to get your way, but if you twist peopleβs arms they may jab you back with a sucker punch from left field.
