Since our games don’t focus much on the main and major characters’ relations and personalities outside the games’ events, there are things even we don’t know the answers to. Therefore we leave the interpretations up to the players.

We know this sounds like a kind of a cop-out answer, but it is an honest one. We also acknowledge the issue and will pay more attention to it in the future.

So I googled “la fresque” and it turned out to be a restaurant in Paris, France

Does that mean Howard was French? Half French? Which makes Philip also French?? He sounded really british tho (in Black Plague and Requiem, since the Overture had... well, different VA), but maybe it’s because his mom was British after all.
