ive been trying out unvale since it seemed like it'd be a more social alternative to toyhouse but man. this site Blows. it definitely is more social, i dont get any interaction at all on toyhouse whereas with unvale it's slightly easier to find artists and to be found (although only for a few minutes after i make a post), but like man is it limiting. where toyhouse has full css customization unvale has hard character limits for bios and the ugliest default page themes you've ever seen. also you need to turn uploaded artwork and writing into posts for them to be seen and you can't post any nudity at all and the available content warnings are SO vague (why is there just a 'phobias' warning. there are a lot of those.) and there's no character sorting and just. man. toyhouse really would be peak if it just had a bit more social integration

ok i need to find a balance between my new painted style and my old multi-layered style bc my current wip has a lot of airbrushed patterns that'll make painting impossible, unless i like. paint it flat then put the patterns over afterwards on like a multiply layer?? i'll have to experiment a bit but somethins gotta change a bit
