Jesus came to this earth in the likeness of man, to humble himself, serve, and ultimately give His life for our sins.

Although I've accepted Him into my heart , I have not made Him Lord of my life. I am still controlled by worldly desires and habits.

Every time I say yes to things my old man would indulge in , Im saying no to God and the life and plan He has for me.

I go to church and have joined ministries just to still leave and occupy myself with things not of Christ. Oh wretched man that I am.

I so deeply long to come to a place where God is truly all I desire. To live by His word and will. To truly consult Him in all I do and be obedient to the spirits promptings.

God promised to never leave or forsake us. He's given us every tool needed to fight temptation and resist the enemy. He's promised victory in all trials. What am i so afraid of?

because of Jesus, God doesn’t condemn us. we are free.

reminds me to run towards righteousness and allow the spirit to influence and change me rather than sin

His spirit lives inside of us !

we can’t give our lives to God and expect smooth sailing , we must suffer as Christ suffered

God is bigger than all of our problems! there is nothing we can go through that’s greater than His glory

He is strength in our weakness. Jesus is compassionate and intercedes on our behalf even still.

everything works together for our good.

we are called by God!

through jesus we are victorious !!!
