Recovery is a series of difficult choices. You won’t always choose correctly. But it’s better to have made the choice than have your illness make it for you.

The greatest piece of advice I can offer a young person who is desperately searching for someone to love, to be their other half is to be that person for yourself. Take care of yourself the way you would want a loved one to take care of you. Fill that missing half of you with love and respect for yourself. Empower yourself and send that energy into the world and you will find someone just as powerful to go through life by your side.

You're not annoying. You're not "too much". You're not boring. You're not cringy. Your passion is beautiful. Don't be afraid to care.

things may seem unknown right now but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. all hard work pays off even if that is hard to see right now.

compliment yourself!!! say you look cute!!! say your outfit is nice!!! say you like how you look!!!! it’s not conceited. you’re beautiful!! you’re cute!!! own it!!! wear bold outfits or makeup and take pictures and replace the negative self talk w positive self talk!!!
