hi my name is nia and my family is in a bit of trouble!!!

Both of my parents are working in a school, one being a teacher, and over the summer we’ve had some financial issues! Usually, the income is enough, but as of lately, we’ve had many medical expenses that are leaving us bankrupt. My mother has glaucoma and macular degeneration, and we have had to pay for her monthly eye shots so that she does not go blind forever.

I have been hospitalized and baker acted twice, which is adding to the costs that we have to pay, along with my residential inpatient treatment i was in for two months. My mother is pregnant, and ill, and she has been sent to the emergency room a few times because of the pain she’s in. The hospital bills have taken a toll and there’s not a lot of money left.

I do not have enough money for school supplies, and we’re having to spend a lot less money on food and I’m worried it’s not going to be enough to last. We are a family of six and that’s a lot of people to have to feed! I am trying to get a job currently, but with my selective mutism, it is tough to get a job. (I am trying very hard though!)
