some slow days.

my second semester starts on monday, and while i’m disappointed that i won’t be able to attend classes in person, i’m very excited for my philosophy of religion module. i’m getting a head start by reading and annotating the class notes and reviewing previous epistemology notes on religion.

it’s absolutely gorgeous outside - blue skies! sunshine! not a cloud to be seen! - but my desk is its own perfect brand of moody and marvelous while the sun shines on the opposite side of our little house

Today I failed in my first attempt at dalgona coffee (we don't have a proper whisker; most of the froth sank, and so did my heart). Surprisingly it still tasted good! It's still coffee anyway haha.

all the little moments of joy from a stressful finals week: we made brunch and used up almost all our eggs, the setting sun making beautiful patterns on my wall, and my notes ft iced mocha. all the little moments that kept me going ✨

10/06/20 3:30 pm // had a presentation this morning that went really well! & now my brain is all empty. Do you know that feeling? 🧠

Now off to being productive!
