It honestly feels like the writers of Omniverse never watched any of the previous series and are completely unfamiliar with the characters. 

Making thoughtful and romantic gestures aren’t out of character for Kevin at all! Kevin has gone out of his way to do sweet things for Gwen all the time. He picked her up from school every day, stores things for her in his garage, and -one they made a big deal of- he gave her an antique locket with a picture of them together in it. 

Kevin is very thoughtful and very romantic. 

Let's do an entire rewrite of Omniverse, improving the flaws and expanding on the best elements and all!

Next we're gonna give Ben a love interest who's actually interesting so Jo comes in with her trusty knife :)

We'll expand the roster so Cooper comes in as mission control, and Sunny comes in as part of court ordered community service. And then for added fun we'll just add another gorl to balance it out.

We have Albedo, Elena Validus and Malware with their redemption arcs.

Will Harangue doesn't get turned into an alien but worse: he gets a visit from SACT for his supporting the Incurseans and tried with treason. Losing his company and job and at the end, the only place that hires him is the same Mister Smoothie's Ben goes to. 🤣

Vilgax doesn't get turned into a scared bitch when Ma Vreedle shows up and even flat out kills the little villain sue

Eon becomes the final antagonist putting the thematic narrative of who Ben chooses to grow up as as well as a cautionary tale to what could've happened to Ben 10k
