I have been off of my gym routine for three weeks, and I finally got back to it on Saturday.

I didn’t finish my entire leg workout today. Between the heat, my nutrition being a little out of whack (we have a friend visiting), and the exhaustive pull day workout I did yesterday, I’m fucking bushed. I couldn’t finish. I had nothing left in the tank after squats and RDLs. So, I let myself go. I tried, did what I was able to, and let the rest be what it was.
It wasn’t perfect. But I did it. And that’s what matters.
Now, Indian food and protein slop and Drive on my TV.
