While a population or community that doesn't all share one belief can't have the misandry of one member be communicated to the whole community, because said misandry isn't a tenet of that community.

Radical feminists are misandrists because radical feminism is misandrist. Radical feminists aren't misandrists because some radical feminists are misandrists.

Maleness isn't inherently misogynistic because there are men who aren't misogynistic, clearly proving that misogyny isn't a consequence of maleness. Rather, ideologies popular among men but not universal to men are misogynistic, hence, not all men.

It would be appropriate to say 'all patriarchists' for example.
