A conversation

"Tell me, maiden," death began,

"what does your love feel like?"

The figure stood in his cold realm, his gaze drifting curiously across the closely entangled bodies, observing a mother cradling her child, a husband consoling his wife, a sister embracing her brother, a grandmother supporting her son.

The maiden turned to his ghoulish visage,

"what do you mean?"

"Whom i touch turns cold as stone, and whom i kiss becomes as pale as the moon. Whom i caress shall give their soul to me, and whom i take, i take for all eternity."

The maiden thought for a while and replied,

"Our skin is soft as silk, and our touch feels like the warm rays of the sun. Our cheeks and our lips become rosy as we love, and our heatbeats meet eachother when we embrace."

The grim figure paused and coiled his bony fingers around his scepter.

"Soon we will entwine, dear maiden," said death,

"and i may witness your love too," said the maiden.

I have witnessed something like this myself. The nest I found was from 2012, so it's very old. A Vespinae nest built on a Polistinae nest. All I can say is WASPCEPTION!!!
