went to the grocery store tonight and it was fine and not scary. brought grim, he did a pretty good job. i dont think i experience fear or anxiety about anything except actual bad things that can or do happen to me. based on most of the posts on this website i think everyone should come with me to the grocery store so i can teach you how not to be scared because i have really just mastered it and im pretty sure i could coach anyone through it at this point
