People who think chronic illness/disability is a “mindset” thing are going to be utterly blindsided by the deep grief/pain of loss of control over their body and life when it finally comes for them. And they will have no choice but go to the people they once brushed off for help.

Covid has done so much damage to the disabled community, and it shows every day that abled people just don't give a fuck about us. Makes me want to start hitting people with my cane.

I approve of this 🤬ing abled people not giving a $hlt about disabled people both physically or mentally (of which I am technically both) is really making me want to get a very strong taser 😈😈😈
