Take a pause to consider your options and decide which path will lead to your happily ever after. Also remember that Vanessa is an illusion. There may still be something hidden, so ask yourself if things are really what they appear to be. There’s always more to the story. Next up is Kaa, which might seem a little scary if we remember how he hypnotizes his prey. But in this deck he represents the Hanged Man, which is about seeing things from a new perspective. If you’re up against delays, try to surrender control and just let yourself off the hook. You’re not stuck! Sometimes there’s nothing to do but wait it out. In contrast to hypnosis, for our Animal Spirit Oracle we got the Dragon, who “sees everything.” The Dragon is very awake, daring and a bit radical, but is also a silent witness. It seems like in every reading of mine over the years, there’s a recurring theme that suggests prioritizing rest. But now the cards aren’t being subtle about it this time. Without rest, how can you go on this next great adventure? Before the next chapter begins in the outer world, something is shifting in the inner one. This quarter isn’t about charging toward the finish line. Every card goes back to our perceptions. What happens if we see the story (and our place in it) differently? We’re at a crossroads, decisions will have to be made eventually, but the cards are saying clarity comes from pausing before choosing a direction. Rest, observe, and trust that you’ll know what to do when the time comes.

How to Stop Hypervigilance

Thankfully they did also give me fluids and meds for my flare, but kept me longer so I could talk to a social worker just in case. I'm glad that at least there are eyes on my situation in case something happens to me. I'm home now, feeling rough, gonna try to have a bath and rest and recover. PTSD + colitis/endo is just wrecking me so much. Thank you for your message <3
