Can we talk about how Australian PM - Scott Morrison has repeatedly ignored pleas to address fires and meeting with fire chiefs, instead giving 11M to CFS and then spending 250M on his personal airplane?? ALSO then going to fucking Hawaii while Australia looks like this?? He won’t help the firefighters who are RISKING their lives to fight the fires legitimately everywhere because “they want to be there” !!

Scott Morrison is neglecting his country that’s LITERALLY ON FIRE for the sake of a vacation and making one HELL of a homophobic bill.

From last time I checked close to a million Acres have been burned. Australia is on fire and our Prime Minister is doing NOTHING about it

We have had at least two record-breaking hot weather days this week.

Two volunteer firefighters died yesterday. Volunteers who are not paid, who have been crowdfunding their supplies while battling the blaze. Volunteers that the Prime Minister said “want to be there”.

The Prime Minister of Australia, Scot Morrison, who lives in Sydney which is currently surrounded by fires and suffering the worst air quality in the world, decided to flee the country to Hawaii for a holiday. The most powerful man in the country, when his city is threatened, decided to make it somebody else’s problem.

And this is all in December! We’re not even at the hot part of the year at the end of January yet.
