Autistic!Rin definitely shows affection by being all up in his person's space. He needs to get inside your skin or it isn't love. Obsession is love, to him, and if he isn't obsessed then he's going to try harder. Would break his heart to have a touch-averse partner

Relies on his manager and hard money for literally everything

Autistic!Sae loves silence. It's one of the reasons he's on the fence about entering the dating scene. He's not sure if he's willing to compromise on his space and silence just yet

Autistic!Sae is more nonverbal than his brother. I think he hates the feeling of having his mouth moving, like the vibrating feeling of it irritates him, so he tries to keep his language crisp. In private settings, might even just settle for hums with differing tones and durations

Autistic!Sae is more of that stereotypical "doesn't understand social cues" than his brother (like pls, man doesn't know that his little brother is having a one-sided beef with him. Cmon). He defo gets away with it + his bluntness purely by being a guy. You need to tell him things in the most straightforward, sans-slang manner possible, or he will get confused (shoutout to guy from 7th grade who confessed to me by saying some shit like "I want to C-word (confess) to you." I 'what??' his ass 3 times. You will be remembered)

Autistic!Sae who has definitely had people tell him to 'go to a psychiatrist, you might be autistic' and he might have done a quick google search late at night, but... doesn't see why he needs a diagnosis. I mean, so what if he's coming off as rude and emotionless and has uber-specific needs and preferences? It doesn't bother him (ykw, fair enough...😔😔 menace to society but making cheese)

Autistic!Sae would show his affection by.... knowing someone. For him, love means knowing someone inside out. Their routines, habits, preferences, what they dislike, why, and when are the exception cases. He might even absorb your exact lingo. Could easily imagine what you'd say, do, and think if put in xyz situation. And he expects the same from you. It'd hurt him if he ever realised his partner doesn't know him equally well

Autistic!Sae who doesn't understand typical dating rituals: the fawning, the skirting around, the teasing, but likes to play along (only if told explicitly that they're intentional acts). Even post getting into a relationship, he might not understand how jealousy equals showing his love for another (I hc him as a non-jealous person), but if asked to play along for 'your sake,' he'll entertain you. Autistic!Itoshi brothers for whom rejections are a nightmare. Not being chosen by a strong team, losing a match, getting a negative reaction from someone they like, or not getting due appreciation for their efforts—it feels like a tower collapsing onto their chest, and it takes some hours for them to process and move on from the hurt

Autistic!Itoshi brothers who are prone to bouts of depression. We all know Rin's episode when he got rejected by Sae, but I also hc that Sae tends to lose his appetite or sleep when he's spiralling or got any bad news. They need someone reminding and pushing them to take care of themselves to get back into regular functioning

Autistic!Itoshi brothers who'd love to teach their loved ones football. It's just that, again, no one asks—and no one shows interest in playing with them after the first impression—so they keep each other company, feeling like only they understand each other
