do you think the pro-ship sentiment applies to artists, such as singers and actors, as well, or is that taking it too far? or, to put it another way, are songs and movies in the same category as books or other writings?

we both think it isn’t the same case here because the moment the artist uses their own image, their own body, and their own public platform, they step out of the fiction bubble right? or does it all come down to intent versus interpretation?

prev tag, I still think it’s the same. if a millionaire pop star makes their own choice to dress and act like a child then that is their choice and their rights. the only problem would be if they didn’t want to do that but were forced or coerced into doing it.

but if they want to act like a child and dress like a child to cater to “a specific type of audience” then that’s still their rights, their choice, their body.

people are free to dislike and be uncomfortable with their choice (as long as they’re not shaming or harassing them). but it’s still their body, their choice and their rights to dress and express themself however they want.

And if believing in those words makes me a proshipper, fine. I accept it. I'd rather be part of the group of "bad" people then the group of "good" people trying to edge us closer to fascism.

and your stance—regarding “ship and let ship” and censorship—is exactly what being proship means. but whether or not you’ll use the label is entirely up to you.

so many people think proship means “liking dark and taboo ships” but that’s not the case. while people who are proship can enjoy dark and taboo ships, the only definition of proship is:
