Acupuncture for my tight hips, lower back, and Piriformis syndrome.(A disorder in which the piriformis muscle in the buttocks irritates the sciatic nerve.) Acupuncture is a system of integrative medicine that involves pricking the skin or tissues with needles, used to alleviate pain and to treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions. My hope is that we can loosen everything up and allow me to gain core strength and have reduced inflammation in my body. It takes as little as 22 seconds for a dōTERRA essential oil to have an effect on the brain when inhaled. This occurs when the oil molecules travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain. Even if you have to do that for days, weeks, or months. Don't get down on yourself, your body and mind are in great need of that downtime.🤗 I've learned to listen to my body and give it exactly what it's asking for in that moment. Good food, exercise, rest, and so forth. I do get upset with my body, I want to be able to do all the things. But, I know my limitations and try to stay within them. You've gone on vacation. Came home. Then crashed. You finished a big project at home, or work. Then crashed. You had personal trauma. Then crashed. You're a busy mom, wife, and business owner. When resting during this down time I like to spend time with God in his beautiful nature. Eat healthy food. Watch movies. Stay off of social media. You are literally what you eat! 🍓🍔🥦🍕🥬🍟 Every 35 days your skin replaces itself, your liver only about 30. Your body makes these new cells from the foods you eat. Picture that, what kind of cells are you choosing to grow?
