ROOT CAUSE:

Our food system’s bombardment of ultra processed anti-inflammatory foods, our addiction to & regular consumption of those foods, & high stress-sedentary lifestyles.

RESULT:

Metabolic dysfunction, 74% of American adults overweight or obese, and 128 million Americans with prediabetes or Type II diabetes.

FIX:

Unplug from the matrix. Eat real foods again. Create space to offload, be creative & destress. Move your body. I.E. Do the opposite of what the government recommends & what’s considered societal norms, & you’ll win your health back.
