Born July 20th (I am at least 35+). I'm Ravij; you can call me Rav or Ravi.

So a few months ago I put out some feelers for the Vol 1 & 2 Omnibus of the doujinshi Stairway to Heaven by Muroto Misakichi after getting Vol 3 from @wobblytofu in a lot that kick started my doujinshi collection.
I had all but given up on obtaining it thinking the only way to get Vol #2 was to get the Omnibus which so far looked to be the rarest of the series. Fast forward to the start of July where @tennnshi and I started talking about our Doujinshi collections and I decide to browse sites I get my doujinshi from and I nearly died seeing "Stairway to Heaven Vol 2" I SCREAMED as tennnshi can probably attest and was like "LOOK LOOK LOOK!" I even told Tofu and I slammed buy so fast and prayed someone else didn't beat me to it.
I waited about 24 hours and it was successfully bought! ≽(◉˕ ◉ ≼マ
So I present my rarest treasure... the full set of Stairway to Heaven Doujinshi!
I believe Tofu said there was supposed to be 5(?) Volumes but the artist stopped at 3. ;v; Still.. very glad to finally have the full story thus far.
I bought a ton of other doujinshi including a rare TKB x Kisara that is still on the way. :> But this? I'm happy with this! (ㅅ´ ˘ `)
Apparently some people still need to hear this so: using an 'ai checker' is still using ai. If you are feeding someone's fic to one of these checkers, you will still not be sure their fic is ai because they are not 100% accurate, but you can be 100% sure that you are using ai. For fic. Furthermore you are doing the work of an ai scraper for them. You are, personally, feeding the machine. There is no actual excuse for using an ai checker on fanfic as a hobby. YOU are the problem.
If you think a fic is ai, mute it and move on. That's it. That's all you do.

This mini comic I've been working on is set before A Song Remains to be Sung officially starts, happening somewhere during the timeline of events Ryou details in the Prologue.
Zaid, pronounced Zai-eed, is the unfortunate, weakened immortal shape that Zorc Necrophades was locked in eons ago when he (REDACTED). For this AU, Zaid(Zorc) took Bakura in somewhere in the A.D. era way after getting his ass sealed in a human form (So Bakura is way younger than 3k in this fic) and has essentially made him an immortal 'companion' often calling him the pet name of "Sunshine".
Current process is to get the basics down; Form Shape, and Poses. Next I'll go in and tidy up the consistency and add their clothes (they are nekkied :v) After that? possibly color? hmm? I only colored that one cause I felt like it.

The amount of times I have to reblog to NOT follow my other blog and to instead follow this one EVERYTIME someone follows that blog instead because of an old YGO post... I'm about to go through all my old posts and just.. turn off reblogs.. I'm really trying to redirect traffic to here. ;v;
The irony of this new breed of self-righteous AI hunters on AO3 is that they're all just copy and pasting peoples fics into AI detectors, which are all operated by AI and therefore THEY are feeding people's work into the algorithm without their consent and in some cases no doubt circumventing the locks people put on to avoid getting scraped...
Don't copy and paste anyone's AO3 work into third party websites, you're not the good guys in this situation?
Things I have learned being a first time solo Pawrent
When at desk and pet sleep on foot. That is not longer your foot, that is their pillow. You may no longer move.
Whining, Crying, Barking is not always because they are sad or want attention... 85% of the time toy/chew has become lodged under/in between something and they are pissed they can't get it.
- immediately dislodge or suffer biteys. Standby for item getting stuck again 5 mins later.
Three months old, naps are no longer mainstream and the requirement of zoomies must be consistent.
Baby make puppy eyes but do not give in all the time. Maybe give in 60% of the time. ( Do not go over 75%)

So I opened them. Mima was the absolute last one to leave his box as should be standard for a spoiled feral goblin like him (has to make an entrance). Slapped him right in front of my Funko Ra and they were absolutely made for each other. (ㅅ´ ˘ `)

I pulled them out in pairs. Yami and the Petadoll Winged Dragon of Ra were first. (Ironic that the King and his God Monster would be pulled together but I digress.)
Next I pulled Seto and Dark Magician Girl, pretty unironic wouldn't you say? THATS WHERE YOU'RE WRONG! ◉‿◉ Yugi used his Magician girl harem in DSoD against Seto and he made some crass remark about it. Eat shit Kaiba.
Next I pulled REBD and Bakura... I have yet to find significance in this pairing other than what @tennnshi pointed out that Ryou was actually maybe a good boy and not wearing the ring when Jou obtained the REBD.
My fourth pair pull was Jou and BEWD... I don't think I need to say anything more. (˵ ¬ᴗ¬˵)
Moving on to our fifth unboxing was Yugi and Pegasus. Iconic in the fact that these were the first two millennium item wielders to ever duel against each other in the beginning of the series.
And finally of course...
Dark Magician and Yamima. I already explained Yamima but Dark Magician as the final unboxing is significant cause he's Yugi/Yami's ace. He turns the tide of the duel in their favor and is usually the last card pulled in dire moments.
