Oh, well I hope the media are pleased with themselves that they've hounded a man to his death over a story that really wasn't worth the public interest they made it in to. Utterly senseless that it was continuously made front page news, with an outcome that anyone with a brain could have seen coming. Gutter journalism.
Jason Arday clearly had questions to answer over his past and his qualifications, and Cambridge University had questions to answer over their due diligence processes. But this started because a man who was fired by Cambridge University and identifies as a "race realist" obsessively sought out a black professor to use as a figure in some "anti DEI" culture war.
Right wing media gleefully harassed him, even after he resigned, despite the story having no public interest or public consequence. It was a witch hunt, pure and simple.
