Idea:

Reader/Yuu is pretty as doll. Like she's like a real life doll with gentle personality plus they also look like a fragile person. The characters fell in love but that love became twisted as time passed by that they ended up putting the unsuspecting reader under a sleeping spell. They did that in order to make sure the reader will stay with them forever whether she's awake or not.

This came to me randomly. Inspired by sleeping beauty and Snow white but the characters were obsessed with the princess. The doll part, Idk maybe because I kinda like cute dolls and added that part as one of the triggers for their obsessions.

Malleus Draconia:

Oh how Mallues just adores you, how you’re so small compared to him. He just can’t help, but feel so protective of you. Hence why he has a plan to make sure you’re always safe.

One night while you two were walking around, malleus seemed nervous. Which was strange because malleus doesnt get nervous. “Hornton? You seem on edge you okay?” Yuu asked him concerned about her friend. “Hm? Oh yes I’m fine..it’s just…I have something important to ask you.” Malleus says as he stops walking to stand in front of yuu.

“Child of man…I wish to protect you from everything that means to do you harm. So would you please do me the honor..” malleus says as he gets down on one knee and pulls out a ring with a green gem.

“Will you do me the honor and becoming my queen?” Malleus asked with a hopeful expression on his face. “Your queen…so…you’re asking me to…marry you…?” Yuu asked not so sure about this. “Yes. You see this gem was the one my father gave my mother. And now I give it to you. Lilia told me humans propose with rings.” Malleus says proud of himself.

“Wow hornton…im honored, but…I can’t…I still want to go home…” Yuu says helping him to stand up. “I’m sorry…” Yuu tells him before walking back to ramshackle. Malleus watched her retreat to her dorm and found him, snow and thunder started.

“Child of man…you will be my queen. One way or another..”

Lilia had heard about malleus proposal to yuu the next day. So he invited her over to disomina to talk about what happened. He knows it must had shocked her, and well he wanted to tell her he was there for her. “Oh perfect! Wait here my dear and I’ll go get us some tea..or something. I think I have a few energy drinks in the fridge.” Lilia says as he leads Yuu to sit in the lounge area.

Yuu chuckles and nods letting Lilia do his thing. After he felt she heard something. Like someone was calling her name. Yuu shakes her head thinking it was some ghosts. Then she heard it again, but this time she followed the voice to the tallest tower in disomina.

Lilia on the other hand had returned with two sodas and saw Yuu was gone. That’s when he sensed it. Am ancient spell was being used. Just then silver and sebek had returned from their club practice. “You two! Find Yuu now!” Lilia orders them, they nod and start looking for yuu.

“Yuu! Where are you?!”

“Yuu! YUU!”

“YUU! What ever you do! Don’t touch anything!”

Yuu heard the voices of silver, sebek and Lilia but the pull was too strong to ignore. She reached the door and found a room with a spindle inside.

Just a second later Lilia busted through the door only to find he was too late. Yuu was on the floor, silver was behind Lilia and stopped sebek from seeing his friend falled to an ancient cruse. “What happened?! Is yuu in there?!” Sebek yells wanting, needing to get through.

Just then malleus walked up the stairs. Silver and sebek moved to the side as Lilia looked up. “She’s…she’s under a cruse..” Lilia tells malleus as he kneels down to Yuu’s sleeping body. He lifts her into his arms and looked to lilia. “We shall bring her back to brair valley…there she will be safe from harm…” malleus says carrying Yuu away.

“I told you child of man, should have accepted my proposal. And all this wouldn’t have happened.” Malleus says as he brings yuu to his dorm room. “Oh well…brair valley will have to make do with a sleeping princess.”

Vil Schoenheit:

Vil just loves you. How could he not? You’re perfect hust the way you are. And how he just loves to dress you up as well. That’s why he’s invited you to spend the summer with him, so he can have you all to himself for three whole months! It’s perfect, just absolutely perfect.

Except for the fact that neige wants to hang out with the two of them too. Vil would had been fine with neige just wanted to hang out with him, but no. He wanted to hang out with both him and yuu. Which honestly puts a damper on his plans.

And the whole time they hung out? Neige would pull yuu away to see cute things like little plushies and all that. Not that Vil was jealous or anything. He just hated seeing neige touch what belong to him. He couldn’t stand the sight of it. Like if they were a couple, no no no.

Vil wouldn’t have any of that.

Later after the day ended, which to Vil seemed like forever, yuu was in the shower while Vil was reading some textbooks that were assigned to him over the summer. Since his internship would start when the next school year started he was going to have to pick a new housewaren for pomeforie. He reached for his water when a textbook fell.

It happened to be one about cruses and spells that the great seven were known to use. “Sleeping death..?” Vil read seeing the chapter the book opened too. It read that with the spell the victim would be put in a sleep like coma. Only to be awoken by love’s first kiss. Now Vil wasnt one to do anything drastic. Though do ignore SDC.

But he knows better than to put his crush in a sleeping coma just so he can keep her so as long as he wants. And make her wear what he wants, and take care of her so she technically only depends on him.

“No…what kind of man would I be to put her through that? I know better…but…” vil says to himself. After that yuu was all dressed for bed. “Night Vil!” Yuu says to him startling him. “O-oh yes..um..yuu do you mind if I ask you something?” Vil asked her as he goes up to her. “Yeah sure whats up?” Yuu smiles at him.

“Have you ever had your first kiss?” He asked her causing yuu to blush. “O-oh…no..kinda weird huh? Only girl at school and no guy has asked me out..but it’s okay! I have you and my other friends.” Yuu says with a smile as she waved to him to go to her room to sleep.

Now Vil is a very observant guy. He knows when someone is pinning for someone. He can also tell when people have crushes. And the fact his crush hasnt had her first kiss? It gave him a chance to be the one to put her in a cruse and get her out of it. Because truth be told: yuu also has a crush on Vil.

It was the whole reason why he asked her to come with him during the summer after all.

The next morning Vil had made the potion and used an apple from a fruit basket that neige dropped by early that morning for a thanks for the other day to hang out.

Yuu walked out yawning, it was perfect timing due to Vil already cleaning the kitchen. “Morning. Neige dropped off some fruits want some?” Vil asked as he offers her the apple. “Ooo! This looks delicious.” Yuu says taking a bite from the apple. Vil watches as yuu happily eats it when suddenly she started to couch as if she was choking. “Vil..” was the last thing she say before falling to the group the apple rolling away from her hand. “Now you don’t have to worry, I’ll take care you. And only my kiss can wake you, but I’ll take you like this for a while.”

It’s the equivalent of having an SSR card with zero build!

Hit him with a sultry tone and some Jessica rabbit type antics 

Lean in grab his chin and and put some work into the act when you whisper out “darling”

I’d say he melts but he quite literally burns

Idia just wanted to enjoy his game peacefully, you slamming his door open and asking for some gummy worms was not an uncommon attack combo but of course the only sensible answer was “LMAO get your own loser”

You knew he meant it lovingly of course, but still, where did that blushing shy mess from when you were first dating go!? You love your boyfriend in all his stages but a little attempt for a blast to the past wouldn’t hurt would it?

The beat of silence was raising some major red flags then he heard you start stepping closer, his first reaction was to steel his grip to protect his snacks (he’d let you have them any day of course but he’s your boyfriend it’s literally his job to put up a fight) what he didn’t expect was his chin to be tilted upwards “Can I have some? Please? darling~” a slight cringe struck you at the foxy tone you used but there wasn’t much time to dwell on it, why?

Because you sure as hell didn’t get those gummy worms, Idia froze and his hair went into a pink and red blaze so large he burned the damn bag. Hey, at least you got to role play as a fire fighter with Ortho IRL right? 

Leona: Kitty

He’s not easy to fluster

Chances of you seeing this guy off guard are close to zero

But stop treating him like a big scary lion

You stretch and a yawn escapes you, Leona can be a pain in the ass when it comes to convincing him to study with you but it’s always fruitful when he agrees, he does know all the course work you have to do after all. 

“Its getting dark I gotta head back to ramshackle before grim throws a fit, see ya tomorrow?” You say packing your things and standing up, he huffs in response “yeah yeah don’t trip on your way out” you just let a laugh out through your nose. “You know a ‘I love you’ would suffice just fine next time kitty” ruffling his hair as you walk down out, you don’t bother looking back.

If only you did, the slightest pink dusting Leona’s face and his disgruntled expression would have been well worth the toll of the study session.

Jack: Big Boy

Jack is well aware of his large stature

Jack loves mornings like these with you, those rare instances where you convince him to stay over at Ramshackle and he in turn convinces you to wake up early to run with him. Peaceful balance in those quiet mornings where you get ready together…But what kind of girlfriend would you be if you didn’t ruin that peace and quiet?

Jack is absolutely adorable when he’s rambling on about workout plans for the two of you and what he plans to do for the day it just gets a little hard to take him seriously. “And after a cool down lap we can jog back to Ramshackle to get ready for first period.” Ah You zoned out thinking about how adorable he was, a worryingly common occurrence. “Alright big boy what ever floats your boat” you laugh resting your hands on his chest.

“…huh?” Absolute utter stillness. His body goes rock stiff for a hot second before his tail starts trying to take flight, the rest of him doesn’t get the memo though as he just stays still with red slowly crawling up his cheeks…did you break him?

Trey: Hubby

Baking with trey is enjoyable for quite a few reasons namely getting some delectable sweet treats and spending some time with your boyfriend, it’s the pinnacle of domesticity really. Getting to swap sugar covered kisses and playful banter and in the midsts of it…

“You know Riddles gonna have our heads if these tarts are messed up and I’ll blame you if that happens” he lightly chuckles “excuse me?” You gasp “I’ve been nothing but helpful!” “Helpful AND distracting, you’re a bit too good looking for your own good.” He replies, if he thinks he can get away with trying to tease you with no retaliation he’s sorely mistaken “well better get used to it hubby because I plan to keep distracting you for a real long time.” 

The butler behind you appeared to be in a trance. He was so lost in thought, concentrating on the task at hand, that he didn't hear you call his name until you raised your voice.

"Barbatos!"

He blinked a couple of times. Awareness crept back into his eyes. "Ah, pardon me. Are you uncomfortable anywhere?"

You were. You felt like a frog. Your skin was greasy and sticky and everything smelled like lotion.

Barbatos had been applying sunscreen on you for fifteen minutes. He made sure to cover every inch very thoroughly. Even under your shirt and up your pants legs, which sent tingles up your spine as you fought to sit still. If he noticed your fidgeting at all, Barbatos kept quiet. He was so caught up in rubbing sunscreen over your body that the rest of the world simply fell away.

Long and slender fingers tickled your neck as they glazed you with a fresh layer of sunscreen. Then a second layer of the stuff. Then a third. Just like he did with your hands and feet, your stomach and your back.

"I don't need this much, it's kind of gross," you told him.

Barbatos frowned. "Sunscreen is vitally important for your health. It will prevent long-term damage from the sun's rays. I am simply ensuring your safety during the time you have been entrusted to me," he explained.

You flinched as he spread the cold sunscreen onto another ticklish spot, accidentally pinning his finger between your shoulder and your neck.

"You haven't left the Devildom in quite some time," he continued, now with a coy smile. He pulled his hand away in order to get another palmful of sunscreen from his stupidly massive bottle. "I am worried about the adverse affects you may experience from sudden exposure to the sun."

"I grew up in the sun," you said. "Sunlight is very much a normal thing for me, walking in it for an hour isn't going to kill me."

Barbatos moved back around to your front and started massaging the sunscreen into your cheek.

You noticed the demon hadn't applied any to himself. However, he was wearing long, loose sleeves. They were pulled far up his arm so the sunscreen wouldn't get on them. They'd probably stick to you if even a tiny piece of the fabric brushed against your skin.

You told him, "I feel like you're embalming me or something. It's weird."

He chuckled. "Don't worry, we are almost finished. Just a few more spots and then I can start dressing you."

"What? What do you mean, dressing me?"

Not just intellectually, but also street smart and emotionally smart and physically very capable.

Like the type of person who meal preps, studies, exercises, and honestly an overall normal, well rounded person.

Something that never lasts long at NRC yet here they are.

(As you can probably tell by now I dislike the stereotypical Y/ns, or the new chaotic versions. The second version is very entertaining but far away from who I actually am as a person. I also dislike the idea of Yuu's only purpose being to thirst after characters.)

The Prefect, who remains the top student of the first years, for multiple reasons.

One of them being the fact that they received higher education, either by a tutor, or by them pursuing a higher education as they are older than their fellow classmates. Or they got the Riddle treatment.

The Prefect keeps making deals with Azul even when the first year friend group yells at them to stop and keeps getting out of the deals before they lose something and it ragebaits Azul so much. Azul and the Prefect have a bit of a love and hate relationship going on because Azul wants to beat them SO MUCH and the Prefect keeps escaping them like two miliseconds before they are caught. (Aka the street smart part.)

They also keep working part time at the Mostro Lounge and is the only reason Floyd is consistently engaged and working whenever they are there. Aka the second reason Azul has a love and hate relationship with them because they keep jumping out the window (metaphorically and literally) whenever he offers them a full time job.

If the Prefect ever gets a full time job at Mostro Lounge, Jade will quite literally book them for every day he's working, or every day Floyd is working, or just every day. The Prefect is NOT seeing the light of day again.

The Ramshackle dorm is probably a little bit cleaner than in canon for several reasons.

Riddle keeps sending the Prefect to tutor Ace and Deuce and somehow whenever he does that, Vil sends Epel who's a dumbass who drags Jack along with him and then Ortho joins for socialization and then Lilia pushes Sebek into it so he can make friends.

Imagine Grim and the Prefect have to add their test scores to each other's and divide them in half to get their actual score because they're a "2 in 1 deal".

The Prefect is quite literally the only reason Grim has not been expelled for academic failure and the teachers KNOW it. (the Prefect is scoring 100s every test for a reason lmao.)

The Prefect also probably goes around doing stuff for others when they are free, like speedrunning cooking for Jamil whenever Kalim throws a party, or organizing a study group for their other friends, like Kalim, Ruggie, Cater, and more with Riddle and Azul as the other two tutors on occassion.

They are pretty street smart, so I'd imagine them doing tutoring on the side for paying off bills, and bothering Crowley until they get paid their promised allowance, and doing random side quests for Sam to get discounts.

They did so many side quests for Sam that they somehow get 50 percent off all of Sam's products. No one knows how. (There is some parental favoritism in there.)

I'd imagine they probably save coupons, and befriended Ruggie out of their shared financial situation. (They're crying in broke.)

I can also definitely see them being friends with Jamil and Ruggie specifically since they all work in service in some way.

They are 100% the favorite student of the teachers, because of how hard they work both inside and outside the classroom. (This happened specifically after they saw the Prefect pass out, get back up, pass out again, and then apologize and go back to work.)

The Prefect probably has a cult. I don't know, probably. Or a fan club. If the Housewardens have a fan club, I'd think that one dude who came to a whole new world magicless, tamed a direbeast, beat 7 Overblots while magicless, and lives in what's considered a fucking haunted and abandoned house has a fan club.

They are THE heart throb of the school and they have accidentally acquired many sugar daddies.

Since the Prefect is probably physically capable, that's likely how the first years (except Ortho), and probably the entirety of Savanaclaw came to like them.

It'd be funny if the Prefect was like, talented in music, like both singing and dancing so Rook chased them down during the VDC auditions and Grim had to be like "HEY, HANDS OFF MY HENCHHUMAN!!!"

The Prefect is also the only reason Grim is being fed (fucking fatass).

They also, albeit to the dismay of all NRC students, get along with RSA students (Canonically, the Prefect in game has never looked down on RSA students either.)

They have managed to rizz Chenya, and then Neige when they met, and then accidentally rizzed up everyone else. Rielle was very easy to rizz.

HCs:

I like to think the Prefect indulges Malleus's yapping sessions about gargoyles and genuinely remembers some of them, especially about his rants about grotesques.

The first years keep breaking into the Prefect's dorm to sleep over or to escape their dorm. Grim decided after their 4th break in to demand that they bring foods or extra stuff in as a bribery attempt whenever they wanna crash.

There was a war between everyone when the Prefect was deciding which club to choose until Grim just dragged them into that one big back club.

The Prefect sometimes visits multiple clubs just for fun and joins them sometimes. Especially the smaller clubs, like the Gargoyle Studies Club and the Muntain Lovers Club and the Light Music Club.

Jade drags them to hike with him almost every week, sometimes Floyd steals them away and drags them to watch him play basketball or someone else takes them.

Cater sends reels at 3 AM after they get really close and drag them out to eat cute desserts with him which is literally just him taking all the pictures and giving them all the sweets to eat. Neither of them complain. Free food is free food.

The Prefect has been invited into multiple group chats, including the Light Music Club one, and more.

The Prefect is the only person that willingly helps Lilia cook, other than the times the Diasomnia squad tries to salvage the cooking by directly helping Lilia.

The first years have this secret handshake that they keep gatekeeping whenever others try to copy them.

The Prefect is one of the only people that actually listens to Sebek when he talks about Malleus.

The Prefect genuinely scares others sometimes in a good way because they keep remembering small things about their friends for their gifts.

Epel sends you to Vil as a replacement sacrifice whenever he's trying to get Epel to do skincare. (Vil prefers this as well but he will never admit that.)

Jamil, Ruggie, and the Prefect has some GC together.

The first years have a GC where they keep forgetting to go to the actual GC and go to the shared GC with all the first, second and third years, say some wild shit and shocks everyone. (They once saw Epel typing some tarnation of a series of curse words because Ace stole his ice cream that he hid in Ramshackle.)

The Prefect did not fear Riddle, even before his Overblot because they don't have magic, so other than the mildly inconveniencing feeling of having a collar on they don't have any problems going on with being collared.

Most of the upperclassmen's crushes on the Prefect grew after their dorm's Overblot.

There have been MANY attempts of each dorm to have the Prefect move dorms (to theirs specifically).

After everyone basically had a crush on them, or just began to really like them as a person, the Ramshackle dorm's situation became very clear to them, so Ramshackle was fixed faster than in canon.
