-In the trailer Sothis addresses someone as 暗きもの. Translated as The Darkest Dark. This fits with Nabatean naming conventions but since Sothis is naming them it's possible it's merely a Sothisism. More interestingly is this name seems to contrast with 白き者 or The Immaculate One, which is Rhea's name. Hard to say what the significance of this is but whatever it is it seems The Darkest Dark is some kind of anti-Rhea. This "advent of the underworld" lady with green hair is likely the Darkest Dark, or whatever the swaddled being in her arms is.

-暗きもの is also a blatant reference to 暗黒の竜 which is the title for Shadow Dragon in Japanese. We are very likely fighting a big evil dragon again lol!

-Eshmel is referred to as 救世主 in Japanese which is also translated as Messiah. Jesus allegory is a-go!

-Ninae's name is ニネ in Japanese. Could be a reference to Nineveh?
