illogical!

It's so fitting that the first line we actually typed on a typewriter for the zine was, "It had to have been near the very beginning--"

Here we are, near the very beginning of constructing the actual physical zine, but this first typed line already represents months and months of intense behind-the-scenes work from the whole team.

Our project has 60 active contributors from twelve countries. And every one of them have been pouring their heart and soul and creativity into something truly special. It's a perfect tribute to 60 years of Star Trek history.

Our ideas for the zine are starting to take shape. There will page after page after page of amazing art, running the gamut of sweet, sexy, silly, and serious. There will be numerous incredibly written pieces to make you think and make you blush, and gorgeous illustrations to go with them. There will be meta, there will be calligraphy, there will be Vulcan calligraphy, there will be romance and humor and queer joy and history and inventive alien dicks. There will be several pages specifically designed as something that could not ever be properly enjoyed online. And it will be real; in real life, in the real world, in your own two hands.
