Still a little crazy to me that people thought Clark’s change was a bit sudden like idk I think if i spent a month in a world with no outside or sunlight and my only food was creatures that look like people I know and I had to dig out there memory foam insides with my bare hands and also one of the creatures ate my employees and also looked like me I would start acting crazy too.

I didn’t care for the Backrooms movie as a whole, kind of expected as I’m more of a liminal space horror girly than an anomaly horror girly, but Chiwetel Ejiofor killed it, incredible acting in all parts

fav part about the backrooms movie is that it made the backrooms itself so deeply personal. this thing is constructed of memories, which is so universal. your childhood bedroom is an area of the backrooms, your school, the first place you worked. there is a you, maybe a version of your friends or your partner. that has been deeply distorted simply by someone percieving and remembering them.
