As the sun set, casting a warm glow over the park, they sat close but not touching on a quiet bench. She glanced sideways at him, her voice gentle yet uncertain. "You know, you should really tell her how you feel," she said, her fingers fidgeting nervously. He looked puzzled, "Tell who?" She forced a smile, "The girl you like. She deserves to know." He looked at her intently, a hint of confusion in his eyes. "And why do you think I like someone else?" She blushed, trying to mask her hurt. "It's obvious. You're always happier when she's around. Your eyes light up." He leaned in slightly, his voice soft. "And how do you know what makes my eyes light up?" Her heart sank, but she met his gaze. "I just… I notice things." His voice dropped lower, almost a whisper. "What if I told you that the girl I like doesn't see it?" Her voice trembled, "Then she's blind. She should see how wonderful you are." He moved a fraction closer, his words barely audible. "Maybe she's scared." She felt a lump in her throat, "Scared of what?" He gazed at her, his eyes full of unspoken emotion. "Scared of misreading the signs. Scared of losing something precious."

It just takes one whiff or one snap to end a relationship, or think that you are done with this relation. I am not talking about love relationship, more like blood relationship or friendship. Always being there for someone and thinking that they’ll do great in life, even if no one else is believing, you will. You keep on hoping and believing and they keep on breaking it, but you still stand. You keep on defending them, you explain them lovingly and make'em understand that what you are doing is wrong and you need to work hard to prove yourself. But a time comes when you can’t take it anymore. A time comes when all the hope and belief you had in that person is just gone. pooff. When you can’t defend them anymore but you become the person who lashes on them, because you can’t take it anymore. Then it just ends. Just ends.
